if i can give 0 star i would. nice doctor, but the receptionist/nurse doesnt noe anything! had to call someone on the phone to ask wheres the medicines, haf to go in doctor’s room to ask this & that. wasted a long period of time just waiting for her to dispense medicines??! doctor already cleared 5 patients yet she is unable to dispense a single medication to anyone. everyone just sitting ard in discomfort waiting for her to get her job done
It was a lovely experience. To be frank I felt apprehensive looking at the reviews before going. I was immediately greeted by Reshma's (the clinic assistant) wonderful service. Despite being the only assistant working where she had to tend to the reception, chaperone Dr Cheah and prepare the medications etc. She kept a pleasant attitude :) She even took initiative to send me the brochures for the health screening packages that I enquired about. Dr Cheah is also a superb doctor, very meticulous in his examinations and I felt that he was very collaborative to get to the root cause of my sickness, which I appreciate a lot. Taking my time to write this review because I feel that the 2 of them deserves the recognition for doing such good invisible work!
Brought my boy to this clinic, registered him and told the front desk receptionists that I have my husband's Great Eastern insurance and showed them the screenshot of the card on my handphone (with my son's details), since my husband is not with us. The older receptionist straight away shoo-ed us and rudely mentioned "no screenshots!". I proceeded to call my husband and tried to see what else can be done. I asked if my husband can come down later after his work while we see the doctor first, the same receptionist continued to deny and said "troublesome" if we were to do that. Zero customer service, zero politeness. Needless to say, I stepped out without consulting and proceeded to another clinic which did not give the same rude treatment.
Went this morning; registered at 8.20 am and saw the doctor at 9.35 am. My queue number was 5, and before me, the doctor was attending to queue number 1. You may assess whether a waiting time of 1 hour and 15 minutes for four people is reasonable, since everyone has a different perspective on waiting times. The doctor who attended to me was commendable; he was patient and professional throughout. If I could offer some feedback: the registration counter staff could do more by informing us of the estimated waiting time. It was a little disheartening to see only one staff member at the counter to manage registration and issuing medication. Overall, I would rate my experience at this clinic 3 stars.
Bad experience with poor service I’m very disappointed with the service here. When I returned home, the clinic called and informed that hey forgotten to give one of the medication. I was told to come back again just to collect it. Even after returning, they still did not prioritise my case and attended to other customers first. On top of that, the medicine was supposed to be taken before food, but food and medication was already taken. To consider their service before coming to this clinic!!!!

GP consultation fees at private GP clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with additional charges for investigations (blood tests S$60–200, X-rays S$80–150), prescriptions, and any procedures carried out during the consultation. GST applies on private medical services. If you have a CHAS card (Community Health Assist Scheme), confirm whether ProHealth Medical Group Punggol Drive is a CHAS-participating clinic, as this can significantly reduce out-of-pocket costs for Singapore Citizens. MediSave can be used for selected outpatient treatments under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), covering conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma, up to S$700 per year. For any planned investigation or procedure, request an itemised cost estimate in advance. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
No MOH Healthcare Services Licence or Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration is currently listed for ProHealth Medical Group Punggol Drive on this listing. Every legitimate clinic in Singapore is required to hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act, and every practising doctor must appear on the SMC public register at smc.gov.sg. Before booking, verify the clinic's licence on the MOH licensee directory and confirm the consulting doctor's name on the SMC register, which shows registration status, specialist accreditation, and any disciplinary history. The absence of these details in this listing is a gap — contact the clinic directly to request the licence number and the named doctor's SMC registration before your visit.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally cover specialist consultations, day surgery, and inpatient stays, but coverage at a GP clinic is more limited — confirm with your insurer whether outpatient GP visits are claimable under your specific rider. MediSave can be used for selected outpatient treatments under the CDMP (up to S$700 per year for listed chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, asthma, COPD, stroke, and selected mental health conditions). CHAS-card holders should confirm panel participation at the clinic directly, as subsidies vary by card tier (orange, blue, or G&G). For any planned procedure, request a written financial counselling estimate from the clinic that clearly splits any insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portion before proceeding — this is the most effective way to avoid bill surprises.
