We bought our semi-detached in July 2024 and collected the key end of September 2024. The house was rundown, with broken window, kitchen cabinets and water-leak, which need a lot of reworks. Our target is to move into the new house by Christmas. It was a very challenging task. This time involved a major overhaul, and we felt somewhat uncertain about how to make the space efficient, especially with two young children.
