My family moved into Stratford Court Condo in January and was utterly impressed with the condo manager Mr Desmond Quek for his prompt response to the ceiling leaks and yard drainage choked. And was pleasantly greeted with a warm welcome when we first entered through the side gate, by Daniel, the maintenance contractor, who happened to be there supervising his gardening workers. The overall maintenance and cleanliness of all the facilities, park, walkways and even the basement carpark is of a high standard, as compared with other condos that we've been to. Well done Desmond and your maintenance team, keep up with the good work 👍👏👏👏

Absolutely horrendous management of our estate. Enquire at own risk. They will ignore your calls, super unresponsive, all kinds of excuses of being medically ill and procrastinate the simplest of tasks and shirk responsibilities of doing their rounds in the condo. Countless excuses of blaming their people from being overloaded with estates and hence delivering subpar services to us. Very unprofessional ! You’ve been warned 👌💪🏻😡!!!

Lousy service management. We pay monthly for their service and what we got? Rude officer, officer who just ghost people. When things happens, just disappear. Stop asking me send email or message the person when they don’t even reply. When making complaint, ask me to send email. I have sent and WhatsApp the person and I didn’t hear a single words from Ms Y***. And this is close to 1 month already, without any reply!!! All condo, avoid this company to manage the service. Very poor Where’s the basic courtesy!!

I strongly caution all Council Members and condominium residents to choose your Managing Agent (MA) carefully. This MA has shown clear inexperience. Instead of remaining neutral and assisting residents with their concerns, they have aligned themselves with the Council Members against the residents. This is not the kind of MA you should entrust with managing your estate.
