I am giving 5 stars because I had consistently good experiences here in the past with the main doctor, who has always been professional. During today’s visit, I was attended by a locum doctor. He assessed me professionally too, and I appreciate that he did his part, so, below onwards, this feedback is not personal. One concern was the temperature measurement. A forehead thermometer was used and it showed 35°C, which gave me the impression that my fever had subsided. However, when I returned home and rechecked using an ear thermometer, my temperature was 38.7°C+. It may be helpful for the clinic to consider using an ear thermometer, as it tends to be more accurate for fever assessment. Additionally, I was given very limited medication (only 1 for stomachache) despite explaining that my symptoms were very uncomfortable, and I needed very strong medications without the need for MC. I am sharing this as constructive feedback because I value this clinic and have had good experiences before.

Dr Ing Andrew Samuel should be fired . Today on the 24/2 in the morning around 10am . I was notified by a family member who went down to the clinic to get a consultation for her sore throat . As she told me when she got back , the doctor that tended to her ( dr andrew ) diagnosed her with asthma . upon hearing that , family member of mine who shall not be named was in shock and disbelief and asked him again to double check . In response , dr Andrew replied with “are you the doctor or am i the doctor” as well as , “im the one who gets paid hundreds and thousands of dollars a year , and you are still in school” . I was in shock and utter disbelief too when I heard that a doctor could speak this way . total abuse of power and status to talk to a young girl with such rudeness . if he can go as far to use his status as a doctor in conversation against patients , what else could he be capable of . Shows alot of what type of doctors this clinic hires . So bloody rude ! It will be ideal that the clinic offers an apology on behalf of the doctor that they hired , i have read reviews on this page and it seems that only this doctor has always been receiving bad reviews . And off my perspective , he is not suited to be a doctor if he treats patients with such audacity and behaviour even if he excels in medicine , one shouldn’t be in the service line if there is no hospitality provided in the first place .

Dr Lim is the resident female doctor. She is usually in the clinic from Monday to Wednesday. She is very professional and an excellent doctor. Others are temporary doctors only from Thursday to Saturday, they may or may not be good. Depends on your luck but normally people only visit Dr Lim.

Usually it is quite a long wait but the quality for a good consultation is worth the wait. Staff working there are very informative. My first choice for GP for more than 15years, Dr Lim, very observant, caring and listens well to our symptoms. She gives the most effective medications that relief our symptoms.
