Went for a comprehensive health screening here and paid around $500 in total. After the screening, the clinic called me multiple times to return to collect the results and schedule a doctor’s consultation to go through them. However, when I went back to review my results, I was charged an additional $30 consultation fee just for the doctor to explain the screening report. This was not clearly communicated upfront, and I find it unreasonable given that the screening package was already quite costly. For comparison, I previously did a health screening at Etern Medical Clinic (Sumang LRT) and was not charged any additional consultation fee to review the results.

would not recommend ever to anyone who needs a proper diagnosis cos the doctors there really downplay your well-being and also diagnose you only up to their capacity of knowledge. does not show empathy as well. will ask your well-being but does not show any urgency and addressing your concerns. also getting charged total $70+ for small general meds that can be bought OTC? such a pity. over-the-desk aunties also dont have meds knowledge when being asked, jst read over the label prescription which anyone can do. also, my condition did not improve as well. might as well go to poly? rly sucks.

Visit at your own risk. My first time visiting this clinic and it was costly. My sickness condition did not improve after using the medicines that the doctor prescribed for me. Therefore, I called the clinic for more information about the medicine and its effective process. A nurse knows nothing about the medicine and she only wants me to come back to see the doctor again and again.
