Dexter is a fantastic trainer! Classes were centered around creating a fun environment for Hime, and she was able to slowly grow more confident in her commands through games and positive reinforcement. Dexter is patient and quick to identify issues when Hime was not feeling it or is not performing her command well. He was there every step of the way & Hime loves him (picture proof attached😂) Thank you once again for the past 10 sessions, it has been extremely fruitful and insightful! At first, I thought dog obedience training was pointless, but our lives got crazy when we brought home this adorable puppy in February. After a whole weekend of trying to figure out potty training with no success, I left a message for Dexter at 3 a.m. after seeing all the great reviews. Dexter was super knowledgeable, patient, and nonjudgmental. He made a potty training plan that fit our schedule and lifestyle. He also helped with our puppy's eating and play schedule. Dexter is compassionate toward both dogs and their owners. There are many books and videos on dog training, but doing it myself wasn't working. Dexter's personalized approach and demos made all the difference. Now our puppy gets us and is a perfect part of our family! We’re all about obedience training and positive reinforcement now.
