About QQ Pet Boarding

About QQ Pet Boarding

QQ Pet Boarding is a pet boarding provider located at 142 Jalan Besar, Singapore 208860, serving clients islandwide. The listing is KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. It carries a 5-star rating across 21 Google reviews, which represents a moderate sample size and can be treated with reasonable confidence. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range tier ($$), though specific nightly or weekly rates are not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly with the provider.

When reaching out to QQ Pet Boarding, it is helpful to have your pet's size, breed, and temperament details ready, as these factors typically influence the boarding arrangement and rate. You will also want to bring along up-to-date vaccination records, as most boarding providers in Singapore require proof of vaccination before accepting a pet. It is worth asking about a trial visit so your pet can acclimatise to the environment before a longer stay, and whether drop-off and pick-up arrangements can be coordinated to suit your schedule. If you anticipate a recurring boarding need, enquire about any ongoing arrangement or preferred-client options.

To get started, send QQ Pet Boarding a message via WhatsApp or phone — or use the enquiry form on this listing — with your pet's details, intended boarding dates, and vaccination records, so they can confirm availability and provide a quote.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were away for 4 days, and Pawtel & friends took good care of our baby Latte 🐶 ! They are friendly, professional, and offer great service at a friendly rates. We really appreciated how they kept us updated on our fur kid’s condition every day, which gave us so much peace of mind. You can tell they truly love animals — they spent quality time playing and bonding with our fur baby. Highly recommend this pet hotel for anyone looking for a safe and loving place for their fur babies! 💕 🐾

Baby Lion was with Pawtel & Friends from 5 Jan to 11 Jan 26. Initially I was very worried for Lion as it is his 1st time boarding. But it turn out very well. I m very impressed and very grateful to Pawtel staffs as they aware that we as an owner will be very worried with our pet when they are not with us. Pawtel really update us many times everyday. Highly recommend and will definitely be my first choice in future for boarding. Thank you for taking such a good care for Lion. P.S even keep his teeth for me.

I recently left my dog, Ollie, with Pawtel for 5 days and 4 nights, and the experience was absolutely wonderful! The team provided exceptional and professional care, keeping me updated daily with check-ins and sharing how Ollie was doing. When Ollie ended up scratching himself, they promptly reached out for approval and provided a cone to ensure his comfort. They even gave him a shower before pickup! Overall, I’m thrilled with Pawtel’s service and highly recommend them to other pet owners. Thank you for taking such great care of Ollie!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does QQ Pet Boarding charge?

QQ Pet Boarding is priced at the mid-range tier ($$), though specific nightly or per-stay rates are not publicly listed and will depend on your pet's size, breed, and the duration of the stay. Larger or more demanding breeds may attract a higher rate, and add-on services such as extra feeding, medication administration, or playtime sessions can affect the final cost. When requesting a quote, ask for a full breakdown covering the base boarding rate, any surcharges for public holidays, and whether transport or pick-up services are available at additional cost. Confirm the payment terms and cancellation policy in writing before drop-off. See the full pet boarding cost guide for Singapore →

What vaccinations does QQ Pet Boarding require?

Most pet boarding providers in Singapore require dogs to be current on core vaccinations including DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) and rabies, and cats to be vaccinated against FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia). For boarding environments where multiple animals are present, bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is also commonly required for dogs. Vaccinations are generally expected to have been administered within the past 12 months. You should bring your pet's vaccination booklet or a certificate from your veterinarian at drop-off. Contact QQ Pet Boarding in advance to confirm their specific vaccination requirements so there are no surprises on the day.

Is QQ Pet Boarding licensed and insured?

Pet boarding facilities in Singapore are required to hold a licence issued by the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board. This licence governs the conditions under which animals may be boarded, including space requirements, sanitation standards, and care protocols. QQ Pet Boarding's AVS licence is not listed in the current provider data, so you should ask them directly to confirm their licence status and number before committing to a booking. It is also worth asking whether the provider carries insurance covering injury, illness, or loss of a pet during the boarding period, and what their protocol is should your pet require veterinary attention while in their care. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
