I saw Dr James who diagnosed my uncommon infraspinatus tendon tear and advised very patiently and clearly the condition as well as my treatment options. Both Dr James, his team and the clinic deliver a very welcoming and assuring experience. And if anyone spends time in the waiting area, you will also discover the extremely fun and very much of-the-time personalities of Dr James and his team through their video content, which educates as well as entertains! I’m well enroute to recovery thanks to their care, along with physiotherapy. Certainly a specialist I will highly recommend based on my personal experience.

i had persistent knee pain from a sports injury for many years. i saw dr james and we went through different types of testing and treatment for 3 months (mri scans, physiotherapy, injections). they served as temporary relief but eventually settled on surgery as it wasn’t getting better it was my first surgery and everything went so smoothly!! the staff nurses were so helpful with admission, preparation, and discharge and basically did everything for me so that i could focus on getting myself mentally and physically ready for the surgery. it seriously helped to take so much stress off me and allowed me to direct my energy to recovering. they were soooo extremely sweet and supportive from the day of my first appointment till the day i was discharged. i’m sure they are very busy but they still came down to see me before and after my surgery which made me feel really touched🥹 i will never ever forget their kindness and friendliness, like they genuinely made an impact on my life and the comfort they provided when i was at a painful point of my life was ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹 during the actual surgery, dr james found that my meniscus was torn as well (which wasn’t picked up by my mri scans) and fixed it. literally life changing surgery because i went from having debilitating knee pain for 7 months straight to walking, running, jumping with 0 pain. it was like i got a new knee. the feeling was something else and i cannot be more relieved and grateful to have had dr james as my doctor and surgeon. i fully recovered in just about 2 months! i went overseas shortly after and was able to clock more than 10k steps a day on top of some light hiking without pain or fatigue🫶🏼 highly recommend this place as they completely changed my life

I consulted Dr. James six months ago for an injury that required surgery. He was highly professional and guided me clearly through every step of the process. The clinic assistant was also very accommodating, consistently polite, and professional. After 7 years of struggling of a weak ankle, doctors James make a mri and compair the new mri with the mri from 4 year ago and saw two ligaments that were torned. After surgery the first think what my daughter noticed and asked It's already a strong feeling; she was still in the hospital bed. Now, six months later, she has been declared completely recovered and can play sports again (field hockey, swimming, skiing, etc.). For her and us, this was the best decision, and we are immensely grateful to Dr. James and his team.

The clinic assistants are always so accommodating and friendly — they greet you with genuine smiles every time, which immediately makes you feel comfortable. Doctor James Tan is incredibly helpful as well, taking the time to clearly explain the treatment and what to expect afterward. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism of the whole team.
