Dr. Chan is an outstanding ENT doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and truly kind-hearted. From the very first visit, he took the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. The staff are also incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient, making every visit smooth and pleasant. Dr. Chan genuinely has a heart for his patients and shows real compassion for his profession. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with such warmth and dedication. I highly recommend Dr. Chan to anyone looking for excellent ENT care.
I had a severe deviated septum that makes me cannot breath. I could only breath through 1 nose. Then my friend in Indonesia who had the same symptom told me to go to Dr. Stephen Lee to get the surgery. With a precision check up, so I had surgery on mid Nov 2025. The surgery went very well and the post inpatient care also went very smooth. Those who had same symptom and synus should go to Dr. Stephen Lee. He is a good and caring doctor.
Read the reviews only after my appointment, I think otherwise about the doctors. I suspected I had a fish bone lodged to my throat, and I called many ENT clinics explaining but most turned me away saying they were closing soon (that was 2pm!). Only Raffles ENT Centre listened to my pleads and slotted me in last minute - I was immensely thankful. Dr. Charmain was very patient as she listened to me explaining my situation, and did several detailed checks on my tonsil. We found the tonsil stone that had caused my discomfort. But I was unsure if I felt better so she performed a scope on me and she was very gentle and thorough with it. I was just super thankful to the team at Raffles ENT for allowing me to see the doctor today and how Dr Chamain was so gentle and patient with me. God bless the team!
My 6-year-old and I had surgery performed by Dr. Lee, and the progress is going very well. I trust his surgical skills, so I may ask him to perform the surgery on my 3-year-old son as well.
Been to Dr Stephen TS Lee recently, and 6 months ago to Dr Charmain. Both equally bad. If they did a scope and they can't see anything obvious they don't care, back to watching cat videos. Visit was 10 mins max, 800 SGD fees, insane. Even if you ask them for some advice they brush it off, react with aggression because your visit is overrunning their 7 minute allocated time window for you. Dr Stephen also promised to help schedule a follow up appointment with another specialist (after explicitly asking him) and never did that. Raffles Hospital is a joke.
