I visited Raffles Eye Centre after experiencing eye soreness for about a week. Even though I didn’t have a prior appointment, the team kindly managed to squeeze me in, which I truly appreciated. Dr Lee J J was incredibly professional and reassuring throughout the consultation. He took the time to explain what was happening and made sure I felt comfortable during the treatment. He gently removed yellow membranes from my eyes, which immediately helped relieve the discomfort. I returned for a follow-up five days later, and I’m happy to say my eyes felt so much better. Thank you, Dr Lee, for the excellent care and for helping my eyes recover so quickly. I’m very grateful for the attentive and professional service from the team at Raffles Eye Centre. I recently underwent LASIK at this centre and I’m very happy with the results. From the first consultation to the post-surgery follow-ups, the entire experience was smooth and reassuring. The staff were professional, patient, and very organised. The clinic itself was clean and well-equipped, which gave me additional confidence. Most importantly, Dr. Johnson was excellent. He explained every step of the procedure clearly and took the time to address all my questions and concerns. He was honest about what to expect, including the risks and recovery process, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed before making my decision. The procedure itself was quick and much less intimidating than I imagined. My vision improved almost immediately, and my recovery was smooth. Lim Zhi Yi is a wonderful consultant. I was planning to have surgery to remove my glasses, but I was a little worried. She thoughtfully called me beforehand to help me better understand the surgery and to inform me of the precautions I needed to take. Her gentle and professional attitude put my mind at ease. Although the examination revealed that my eyes were not suitable for the surgery, Miss Lim Zhi Yi still gave me detailed instructions on how to protect my eyes.
