About Raffles Medical Asia Square Capital Tower
Raffles Medical Asia Square Capital Tower is a general practice clinic located at 79 Robinson Rd, #01-04, CapitaSky, in the heart of Singapore's central business district. It is KakiList-verified and holds a 4.6/5 rating across 154 Google reviews — a robust sample that provides a reasonable indication of patient experience. No MOH Healthcare Services Licence or Singapore Medical Council registration details were provided in this listing, so patients should confirm both directly with the clinic before booking.
For a typical GP visit, patients can walk in or book ahead by phone or online form. The consultation covers presenting symptoms, physical examination, and on-the-spot prescriptions for common acute conditions — upper respiratory tract infections, gastroenteritis, skin rashes, and minor injuries. Patients with chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, or lipid disorders may be managed under the Chronic Disease Management Programme, which allows MediSave 500 or 700 withdrawal for eligible outpatient consultations. Integrated Shield Plan holders should confirm whether the clinic is on their insurer's panel before the visit, as direct billing arrangements vary by insurer. Referral letters to specialist outpatient clinics or private specialists can be issued at the consultation.
To make an appointment, contact the clinic directly by phone or through the enquiry form listed on this page, and bring your NRIC or FIN, insurance card, and any existing medication lists or referral letters.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
I would like to compliment the wonderful staff at Raffles Medical. Hazel was exceptionally skillful, my injection was completely painless, which I truly appreciated. Joyce, the receptionist, was also very friendly and welcoming, making the entire visit pleasant and smooth. Thank you both for the excellent care and service.
The staffs are very helpful and the doctors are very kind and accommodating. Had a really good experience with the place.
Very convenient place for medical checkup and consultation. The nurse and doctor are friendly and helpful. Great service, not crowded, and with a nice environment.
I had a very good experience at Raffles Medical Clinic in CapitaSky. The staff were friendly and professional, and the doctor was attentive and caring. The whole process was smooth, from registration to consultation. The clinic is clean, organized, and efficient, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality medical service.
all good. i went here for renewal employment pass medical checkup. reach there 8.30am for registration, xray, blood test and doctor consultation. surprisingly it only took 40 min to complete everything including waiting time. (managed to complete everything around 9.10am) Doctor and all staff really nice. they communicate in good manners. cons: i prefer them to call our number instead of our name one by one.

A standard GP consultation at a private clinic in Singapore typically runs S$25–60, with follow-up visits often slightly lower. On top of the consultation fee, expect additional charges for investigations such as a blood panel (S$60–200), rapid antigen or swab tests, and prescriptions. GST applies to private medical services. Patients on corporate or insurance panels may have consultations partially or fully covered by direct billing — confirm eligibility before the visit. For planned procedures or referrals, request a written cost breakdown that splits insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions clearly. MediSave can be used for CDMP-listed chronic conditions under the S$500–700 outpatient withdrawal limits. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
Every legitimate clinic must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory online. Every practising doctor must be listed on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can confirm their registration status and any specialist accreditation. No licence details were provided in this listing, so patients should ask the clinic to confirm both before booking. Raffles Medical is a well-established group in Singapore, but the licence and doctor credentials should still be verified for the specific clinic at this address. Confirm both the clinic premises licence and the named doctor's SMC registration — neither alone is sufficient.
Integrated Shield Plans layered on MediShield Life cover most private specialist consultations, day surgery, and inpatient stays, subject to your plan's deductible, co-insurance, and rider terms. For GP visits, direct billing is commonly available for corporate and selected IP panel arrangements — confirm this with the clinic before your appointment to avoid paying upfront and claiming later. MediSave can be withdrawn under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) for outpatient management of listed conditions including hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, stroke, asthma, COPD, and selected mental health conditions, within the S$500–700 annual limit. For any planned procedure following a GP referral, request a financial counselling session and a written estimate that breaks down insurance, MediSave, and out-of-pocket costs before proceeding. Skipping this step is the most common reason patients are surprised by their final bill.
