I have been going to this clinic for quite a while. Eventually I have gotten to know the staff pretty well.All the reception n nurses are friendly and caring and hardworking. No matter how busy the clinic is, the 3 lovely strong women team (Ling, Joy, Risha) that I often interact will offer polite smiles and kind words. It makes the waiting easier, I have been known to cat snooze. All the doctors that I have visited are professional and caring. Special mentions of appreciation for Dr Shereen, Dr Ng We Leng, Dr Tan. I was at your Bishan clinic today n there was a Chinese PRC patient who could not understand a word of English, esp when the staff was giving the medicine. It would help to have at least Mandarin speaking staff on duty. I couldn't help n had to step in to translate. I was again at RMG clinic at Bishan on 8 Dec. I arrived at 4.55pm n waited over an hour before I was able to attend by Dr Ang. Apparently there was another patient before me n Dr Ang spent nearly 20 mins attending to her n when it was my turn, she took less than 5 mins. Why was this difference?
