About Raffles Medical CapitaSky (Robinson)
Raffles Medical CapitaSky (Robinson) is a GP clinic located at 79 Robinson Rd, #01-04, CapitaSky, in the Raffles Medical Group network. KakiList has verified its operating details and contact channel. It holds a 4.6/5 rating across 154 Google reviews, a robust sample that provides meaningful confidence in service consistency. No regulatory licence data has been supplied to KakiList at this time, so parents and patients should confirm the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting doctors' SMC registration directly before booking.
For a first visit, patients can walk in or reach the clinic by phone or online form. As a private GP clinic, first consultations are typically priced in the S$25–60 range for a standard consult, with investigations such as blood panels, swabs, or X-rays billed separately. Patients with an Integrated Shield Plan layered on MediShield Life should bring their insurance card; selected chronic conditions managed under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) — including hypertension, diabetes, and lipid disorders — may qualify for MediSave 500/700 outpatient withdrawal. For non-urgent specialist referrals, the clinic can issue a referral letter to a public hospital Specialist Outpatient Clinic, which reduces the consultation fee for Singapore Citizens to the subsidised rate of S$30–80 with a waiting period of four to twelve weeks.
To book an appointment, call the clinic directly or submit the enquiry form on KakiList, and confirm current consultation hours, same-day slot availability, and any specific service needs before attending.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
I would like to compliment the wonderful staff at Raffles Medical. Hazel was exceptionally skillful, my injection was completely painless, which I truly appreciated. Joyce, the receptionist, was also very friendly and welcoming, making the entire visit pleasant and smooth. Thank you both for the excellent care and service.
The staffs are very helpful and the doctors are very kind and accommodating. Had a really good experience with the place.
Very convenient place for medical checkup and consultation. The nurse and doctor are friendly and helpful. Great service, not crowded, and with a nice environment.
I had a very good experience at Raffles Medical Clinic in CapitaSky. The staff were friendly and professional, and the doctor was attentive and caring. The whole process was smooth, from registration to consultation. The clinic is clean, organized, and efficient, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality medical service.

(managed to complete everything around 9.10am) Doctor and all staff really nice. they communicate in good manners. cons: i prefer them to call our number instead of our name one by one.

As a private GP clinic, Raffles Medical CapitaSky (Robinson) typically charges in the S$25–60 range for a standard consultation, in line with Singapore private GP norms. Investigations are billed on top: a blood panel runs S$60–200, a throat or nasal swab S$30–80, and a chest X-ray S$80–150. Prescriptions are charged separately. GST applies on private medical services. Patients holding an Integrated Shield Plan (IP) layered on MediShield Life may be able to claim outpatient benefits depending on their policy terms. MediSave can be withdrawn under the S$500/year general outpatient limit or the S$700/year CDMP limit for listed chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and lipid disorders. For any planned investigation, ask for an itemised estimate before proceeding. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
No regulatory licence data has been supplied to KakiList for this listing. Before booking, patients should confirm two things independently: first, that the clinic premises hold a current MOH Healthcare Services Licence, verifiable on the MOH licensee directory; second, that the consulting doctor is on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, which also shows specialist accreditation and any disciplinary history. Raffles Medical Group is a publicly listed healthcare network with clinics across Singapore, and the broader group's regulatory standing is well established. However, confirming the licence for this specific location and the named doctor attending your visit remains good practice before any consultation. Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally cover private specialist consultations, day surgery, and inpatient stays subject to the plan's deductible, co-insurance, and rider terms. For GP consultations at this clinic, outpatient IP benefits vary by insurer and policy tier — confirm with your insurer whether GP visits are claimable under your specific plan. MediSave can be used for outpatient treatment up to S$500 per year under the general outpatient limit, rising to S$700 per year if the condition falls under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, stroke, asthma, COPD, selected mental health conditions, and others. Bring your NRIC and insurance card to the consultation, and ask the clinic staff to process the MediSave deduction at the point of payment. For any planned investigation or referral, request a written financial estimate that separates the insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portion before proceeding.
