Visited clinic 13 Jan around 345pm. Dr Victor was very rude in the questions he asked & his tone. Even without ascertaining the relationship between my nephew & me, he started - 1. The moment my nephew sat on the chair, Dr asked if my nephew came to clinic by choice?! 2. When I l inquired more, Dr replied me “what”?! 3. Doc critiqued why “in today’s age, it’s so easy to just to take a phone” & questioned why I hadn’t. 4. Doc even questioned why his mother (nor me) brought my nephew to the doc earlier. I hope Raffles Medical can look into this seriously.

The Filipino clinic assistant at the reception was friendly and courteous and doctor was professional. The clinic is clean and brightly lit. Hence deserve the 2 stars. However, the wait time is extremely long, more than an hour and extremely expensive! $153 for less than 10 minutes consult. Wait time to collect medication was also very long. I was shocked that there is a practice cost and had to Google what it is for and realised it covers the rental (fixed overheads) and the clinic assistants' salaries (variable costs). I cannot comprehend how this should be passed on to patients. I hope Minister of Health reads this review and help him understand why people would rather visit the A&E which charges a flat rate of about $120 at public hospitals. Will I come back? It’s a definite no for me due to the charges. They are more expensive than A&E at Raffles Hospital.
