I visited this clinic recently and was disappointed by the behavior of the counter staff. When I help my aunty to request the mc , the response from this lady was rude and unprofessional, which made the experience uncomfortable. Clinics should ensure their front desk staff treat patients with courtesy and respect. I hope the management will address this issue.

Unbelievable. I book a shingles appt at 9 am. Arrived 840 am. Saw the doctor at 920 am. There was no vaccine at the clinic. yep... you heard it right. Vaccine is not cheap and appt made via national adult vaccination programme and such screw ups can exist. Sure, clinic reception arranged for delivery from another clinic but half an hour wait became close to 1 hour. no star for the bad clinic management. It's a bopian to have to come to this clinic because its close to home. Those coming for vaccination should call a day ahead to make sure the clinic is stocked, instead of waiting for clinic to remind you of the appointment.

I experienced utterly irresponsible service from Compass One receptionist on 9th dec at 1.30PM. My queue GP1044 was skipped, resulting in a wasted 2.5 hours of waiting despite my inquiry. Staff gave a dismissive answer when asked about my queue status. GP1044 was not visible in the missed queue, indicating a severe failure in queue management protocol. This service is unacceptable.
