About Raffles Medical Holland V

About Raffles Medical Holland V

Raffles Medical Holland V is a general practice clinic located at 118 Holland Ave, #05-02/03/04, Singapore 278997, serving patients across the island. The clinic is KakiList-verified, confirming operating details and contact channels. It holds a 3.7/5 rating across 1,272 Google reviews — a robust sample that reflects a broad range of patient experiences. No regulatory licences have been supplied to KakiList, and no ACRA registration is on file; prospective patients are encouraged to confirm the MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting doctors' Singapore Medical Council registration directly with the clinic before booking.

For a first visit to a GP clinic, the typical pathway is a direct walk-in or phone appointment. Bring your NRIC or passport, your current medication list, and any relevant referral letters or recent test results. The consultation covers presenting symptoms, a clinical examination, and — where indicated — investigation requests such as a blood panel or rapid diagnostic test. Prescriptions are dispensed on-site. For chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, or high cholesterol, ask whether the clinic participates in the Chronic Disease Management Programme, which allows MediSave 500/700 withdrawals for outpatient treatment. If a specialist referral is needed, the GP can issue a referral letter to a private specialist or a public hospital Specialist Outpatient Clinic.

To make an appointment or enquire about waiting times, contact Raffles Medical Holland V by phone or through the online enquiry form listed on this page.

Visited this Center for my pre-employment test and was very happy with the services. The staff guided with clear instructions, the nurses were efficient in taking blood samples and the entire thing was completed in just over an hour. They have clean washrooms and waiting area and it is not very crowded on weekdays. Overall a good experience.

I usually visit Raffles Medical at Holland V for my yearly check-ups or vaccinations. Even though there can be long queues, the staff manages to accommodate everyone efficiently. I sometimes see people getting frustrated for no particular reason, but honestly, this clinic is one of the better ones along Holland Avenue professional, organized, and reliable. Plus, the view from the 5th floor overlooking Holland Avenue is really nice! 🌆💉🩺

Did my yearly health check with Raffles Medical group, I had a very pleasant experience throughout the entire journey, even though I made a error in my first booking. Every clinic I went to, the staff were polite and helpful. Especially Dr Tan at Raffles Holland V Health Screeners, she is professional and very meticulous in carrying out the checks. Also a shout out to all the staff who helped register and change appointments for me, thank you :)

saw quite a few negative reviews and was apprehensive about doing my health screening here. but happy to share that my experience here was a good one. the registration counter staff / nurses / doctor were overall friendly and efficient. the waiting time between each station was not long; the entire process took just over 2.5hrs for me, which i thought was okay and reasonable. thank you to the whole team :)

The front-desk staff were very friendly — they took the initiative to remind me of important details and explained everything clearly. The staff who handled the blood draw were also very professional and got it done in one try. The doctor was very professional and friendly as well, and communication in Mandarin was smooth throughout.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Raffles Medical Holland V charge?

GP consultation fees at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, though fees vary by clinic and complexity of the presenting condition. Common add-ons include investigations such as a blood panel (S$60–200), rapid antigen or swab tests (S$15–50), X-rays (S$80–150), and prescription medications. GST applies on private medical services. For Singapore Citizens and PRs on the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), MediSave can be used for outpatient consultations and medications up to S$500–700 per year depending on the condition. If you hold an Integrated Shield Plan, most GP visits are not covered under IP (which is designed for hospitalisation and day surgery), but CDMP claims can reduce out-of-pocket costs substantially. Contact Raffles Medical Holland V directly for current consultation fees before your visit. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →

Is Raffles Medical Holland V MOH-licensed and how do I verify the doctor?

Every legitimate clinic in Singapore holds an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must also appear on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can confirm registration status and any disciplinary history by searching the doctor's name. No regulatory licences have been supplied to KakiList for this listing. This does not necessarily mean the clinic is unlicensed — Raffles Medical is a well-known group — but patients should independently verify the clinic's MOH licence and confirm the name of the consulting doctor on the SMC register before any appointment, particularly for ongoing treatment or procedures. Neither the clinic licence nor the SMC entry alone is sufficient; both should be confirmed. Verify the MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the named doctor's SMC registration before booking.

How do I use MediSave or insurance at Raffles Medical Holland V?

Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life cover inpatient stays and most day surgery, but standard GP outpatient visits are generally not claimable under IP — check your plan's outpatient rider, if any, before assuming coverage. For patients managing chronic conditions, the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) allows MediSave withdrawals of up to S$500/year (general outpatient) or S$700/year (CDMP-listed conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, stroke, asthma, COPD, and selected mental health conditions). For any planned procedure or investigation, request a written financial counselling estimate from the clinic that clearly separates the insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions. If a specialist referral follows, ask for a referral letter rather than self-referring privately — it can reduce consultation fees substantially at public hospital Specialist Outpatient Clinics. Contact Raffles Medical Holland V directly to confirm which MediSave and insurance schemes they are set up to process at this particular branch.
