I visited Raffles Medical at Hougang Central for a flu vaccination and had a very pleasant experience. The counter staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the registration process. We have a great experience at Raffles Medical Hougang Central today. We were attended by Niyana and Vivi at the reception who are very friendly and helpful. They help to make appointment with the specialist, answer our queries etc. The whole process was seamless. We were also attended by Dr NgWL. He was very patient, attentive, addressing our concerns and provided information and clarification even before we asked. He sets us at ease.
