I had an excellent experience, the service was systematic, fast, and highly efficient. I’m honestly surprised by the low ratings, as my visit was nothing short of outstanding. I walked in during the busy lunch hour (arnd 12pm) and was attended to within the expected 30 min. The nurses were welcoming, professional, and clearly confident in their roles. Each step of the process was well-organized, and everything ran seamlessly. I came for the Influenza vaccination, and the entire procedure was smooth, quick, and reassuring. Nurse Sangeeta attended to me, and I truly appreciated how she made small talk to keep me distracted during the jab. Even though I wasn’t anxious, her thoughtful approach made the experience feel 10 times better! The clinic itself was very neat and clean, spacious, and well kept. The ambience was top-notch, and the view was amazing, all of which added to the overall comfort of the visit. It was clear that everyone genuinely cared about their patients’ best interests. I do not recommend going to this location. I waited 1.5 hours before being taken back for my health screening appointment. I had a set appointment for 8am and they did not take me back until 9:30. The process then took until 12:30. I was then told I would have to go to another location for my mammogram. By the time I finished everything it was 2pm. I have gone to other locations in the past where the whole process was done in 1.5 hours. It has now been three weeks since my appointment. I have yet to receive the results. I was told that the results would come in max 2 weeks. I have called several times and no one picks up the phone. I have emailed multiple times with no response. I do not recommend this location.
