the receptionist/nurse there, hidaya, is very good and very friendly. I went there for a dressing change and she did it so cleanly and with professionalism. I briefly saw the doctor too and she was such a nice and friendly person. Highly recommended to visit if you ever fall sick

I've never had a good experience here. Today I went to get some checkups for my insurance application. Nurse Hidaya was watching some sort of Korean/Chinese drama at the front desk barely looked up at me, did not greet me, did not say "please" as she attempted to turn me away for not having my documentation for underwriting. Even after I got my insurance agent to send it to her, she continued to show rude indifference. The orders were terse. "You go here" "you do this" etc etc. Unpleasant. Then continued to multi task by typing on her keyboard while watching her show... 2 years prior, I came to get my vaccine after booking using the GOVERNMENT website and Nurse Hidaya sent me away stating that the vaccine was not in stock In fact, she rudely stated that I should have booked using raffles medical website. Is it my job to ensure that the clinic is well-stacked of vaccines or the Raffles medical team's job to do that? Is it my job to KNOW which appointments are coming in via the two booking portals or is it Raffles medical team's job to do that? When I rebooked an appointment she made me wait a long time. She did not state how long to wait. When I got up to go eat in the meantime, they closed the clinic without warning me before I left what the opening hours would be. When I brought it up she rudely stated "just read the timing on the door". After I wrote a reasonable complaint, I received an apology call from her colleague on her BEHALF. Surprised to see nothing much has changed. Her customer service has not improved even after 2 years. While the doctors usually don't give me any problems I dread coming here because of this person. It's been 2 years. I've given plenty of room for you to grow. Do better.

The clinic takes walk-in. Even though the waiting space is a bit small and nothing fancy, the doctor and front desk lady are very friendly and understanding. The bill is very reasonably priced (ive been to a few clinics in the area). The front desk lady even helped me with feeding some med to my super grouchy (yet still very strong in kicking) son. Highly recommended.
