About Raffles Medical Raffles Place

About Raffles Medical Raffles Place

Raffles Medical Raffles Place is a general practice clinic located at 50 Raffles Place, #02-02 Singapore Land Tower, serving patients across Singapore. The clinic is KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. No ACRA registration has been cross-checked for this listing, and no regulatory licences are recorded here at this time. The Google rating stands at 3.1 out of 5 across 398 reviews — a robust sample size that should be weighed carefully before booking.

For a first visit, patients typically walk in or call ahead to confirm waiting times, as GP clinics at this price point operate on a per-visit basis rather than by appointment. Raffles Medical Group is a well-known multi-clinic operator in Singapore, and this Raffles Place outlet primarily serves the CBD working population for general outpatient needs, occupational health, and routine health screening. If you are seeking specialist care, the clinic can issue a referral letter to Raffles Hospital or a polyclinic, which supports subsidised access through the public hospital specialist outpatient clinic pathway. Integrated Shield Plan (IP) coverage and MediSave outpatient withdrawal limits (S$500 per year for general outpatient, or S$700 under the Chronic Disease Management Programme for listed conditions) should be confirmed with your insurer and the clinic's front desk before the consultation.

Contact the clinic directly by phone or via the enquiry form to confirm current operating hours, panel insurer acceptance, and whether the presenting condition can be managed at GP level or requires onward referral.

My experience at the RMG clinic in Raffles Place on March 5, 2026, was very positive. I underwent an ECG and had a consultation with the doctor. The process was smooth and efficient, with very little waiting. The nurses—Oyay Deluna Zoraida, Vonny Sudradjat, and Ang Xue LiLina—were caring, attentive, and professional. They explained the ECG procedure clearly, made me feel comfortable, and handled everything with warmth, sincerity, and patience. I truly value their excellent service and dedication, as always, they do. Thank you for making my visit so reassuring, easing my pain and concerns.

I have been in this clinic 3 times, all occasion left me good impression. Receptionist and other medical staff are friendly and accomodating. I just had a visit yesterday, and I thank Receptionist Anna for accomodating and prompt action regarding my walk-in request.

I went for my annual health check in November, and the process lasted over three hours due to significant organisational shortcomings. Furthermore, none of the required scanning services were available because of equipment issues, which necessitated rescheduling at a different location on another day. Such service unavailability should have been clearly communicated in advance, either on the website or through a call or message after the appointment was booked. To prevent unnecessary inconvenience and loss of time for customers.

Whole process was so quick and efficient! Called in to get some travel vaccines ahead of my travels and they got back to me immediately, answering all my questions so clearly. All 3 vaccines done within an hour of my call - the nurse who injected me was also so gentle and administered the vaccines so nicely. Thank you to the lovely team!

Honestly quite disappointed with Raffles Medical. When we called to make an appointment, the counter staff said we had to arrive before 5pm because the doctor wanted to leave by 5:15pm. We rushed all the way there, but the consultation felt very rushed too. The doctor didn’t really examine me properly or ask for much detail, and within 5 minutes we were done. I only found out it was food poisoning because I asked her what my condition was. Was she even planning to tell me — the patient?

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Raffles Medical Raffles Place charge?

GP consultation fees at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 for a standard visit, with Raffles Medical Group generally sitting in the mid-to-upper end of that band given its private-group positioning. Common add-ons billed separately include investigations such as blood panels (S$60–200), urine tests, X-rays (S$80–150), and prescribed medications. GST applies on private medical consultations and procedures. For planned health screening, package pricing varies widely by scope — basic packages start around S$150–300, while comprehensive panels including cardiac, cancer marker, and imaging components can reach S$1,500–2,500+. Any planned investigation should be quoted in writing with a clear split between what is claimable under MediSave or your Integrated Shield Plan and what is out of pocket. Is Raffles Medical Raffles Place MOH-licensed and how do I verify the doctor?

No MOH Healthcare Services Licence or Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration details are recorded on this listing at this time. Raffles Medical Group as an organisation is a publicly listed healthcare operator in Singapore and its clinics are expected to hold the relevant MOH clinic premises licences, but you should verify the specific licence for this outlet on the MOH licensee directory before booking. Every practising doctor in Singapore is listed on the SMC public register at smc.gov.sg — search by the consulting doctor's name to confirm registration status and any disciplinary history. For this listing, no named doctor is recorded, so ask the front desk for the name of the consulting GP at the time of your visit and check the SMC register independently. Confirm both the clinic's MOH licence and the doctor's SMC entry before proceeding.

How do I use MediSave or insurance at Raffles Medical Raffles Place?

Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally do not cover routine GP outpatient consultations — IP coverage activates mainly for specialist visits, day surgery, and inpatient stays. Confirm with your insurer whether your specific plan includes an outpatient rider that covers GP visits before assuming a claim will be accepted. MediSave can be used for outpatient consultations under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) — covering listed conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, asthma, and others — with a withdrawal limit of S$700 per year. For general outpatient use outside CDMP, the limit is S$500 per year. Raffles Medical Group clinics are generally panel providers for major corporate insurers and some IP plans; confirm your insurer's panel status and co-payment requirements at the front desk before the consultation to avoid an unexpected out-of-pocket bill.
