MediSave may be used for selected outpatient visits under the Chronic Disease Management Programme for listed conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and lipid disorders, subject to the S$500–700 annual withdrawal limit. Referral letters to public hospital specialist outpatient clinics are available here if the subsidised SOC pathway suits your needs.

Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
The experience was excellent from start to finish. Mazia was very kind, gentle, and detailed and she worked efficiently to complete the blood test quickly which made me feel very comfortable. The resident doctor was also very patient, caring, and kind taking the time to explain things clearly. The ultrasound procedure was smooth and reassuring. Overall, the staff were professional and attentive. I will definitely return for my next screening.
I recently had my health screening at Raffles Medical, and I had a truly pleasant experience. The staff nurse and doctor were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Health screenings can sometimes feel stressful, but their professionalism and warm attitude made the experience smooth and reassuring. I really appreciate the care and attention I received. Thank you to the wonderful team at Raffles Medical! Highly recommended.
Thank you to Ms Katelyn and Ms Yaya for being very efficient and professional. Painless blood taking by ms Katelyn. Everything is great. Just need to improve the pantry. Should give more options and better meals like in the hospital. Highly recommend this clinic for Health Screening
Maria Madon is very professional, no pain at taking blood. It was a good experience that she managed to chat a little to distress me from taking tubes of blood. While not all staffs were the same. Unfortunately, I experienced the worst experience ever doing my health screening. The doctor recommended me to take up Ultrasound liver test which require fasting. It wasn't my turn to do this test till 10.15am where I was at the clinic since 8am (can you imagine I fast from 9pm last night?) When I asked to expedite my test, I was given a bad attitude from the staff from diagnostic station and the manager of the clinic. Claiming that I missed when they call my name 4x between 9am to 9.40am. I explained that I could have been doing other test at other station, therefore I missed it. The manager in charge of the day took it as if it is my problem that I missed them calling me. It turned out to be that missing call was for my x-ray test, after clarifying it with the diagnostic staff. The diagnostic department staff attitude was very poor, claiming that I did not make appointment so I had to wait. My question is wait how long? What are the solution can you provide as one of the biggest health screening in Singapore given the situation I am in? Unfortunately, there is NONE! There was no solution or good conversation can be provided to the patient. The diagnostic staff even claim that they can rewind the camera to check. Yes, this is the kind of attitude and "professionalism" of this staff! While having said this, there was other staffs that were patient, understanding and professional, which I'm grateful for.
Just completed my health screenin and have a pleasant experience. I usually need several attempt for blood test, the staff Janice were professional which was done in 1 attempt without any discomfort. Appreciate the care & attention given.

GP consultations at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60, though Raffles Medical clinics are generally at the higher end of that band given their private-group positioning. Add-ons billed on top of the consultation fee commonly include investigations such as blood panels (S$60–200), urine tests, X-rays (S$80–150), and prescribed medications. GST applies on private medical services. For any planned procedure or specialist referral arising from the consultation, request a written financial counselling estimate that splits insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding. Confirm whether your Integrated Shield Plan or corporate panel covers this clinic, and check the deductible and co-insurance rules that apply. No MOH Healthcare Services Licence or Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration details appear in the current listing data for Raffles Medical Shaw Centre. In practice, Raffles Medical Group clinics are expected to hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence for their clinic premises under the Healthcare Services Act, and their consulting doctors should be registered on the SMC public register at smc.gov.sg — but KakiList is unable to confirm these for this listing at present. Before booking, verify the clinic's licence on the MOH licensee directory and search the attending doctor's name on the SMC register to confirm registration status and any disciplinary history. Neither the clinic licence nor the SMC entry alone is sufficient — both should be confirmed. Listing data is incomplete — contact Raffles Medical Shaw Centre directly to confirm details.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life can cover specialist consultations, day surgery, and inpatient stays — confirm whether your IP covers private GP visits and what pre-authorisation, deductible, and co-insurance rules apply. For corporate-panel patients, check with your employer's panel administrator whether Shaw Centre is an included site. MediSave can be used for selected outpatient treatments under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), covering listed chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, stroke, asthma, COPD, and selected mental health conditions, subject to the S$500–700 annual withdrawal limit. General acute GP visits are typically not MediSave-claimable. For any planned procedure, request a financial counselling session and obtain an itemised pre-treatment estimate in writing — this is the most reliable way to avoid bill surprises. Skipping this step is the most common reason patients are caught off guard by their final out-of-pocket amount.
