A GP consultation covers acute presentations such as fever, respiratory illness, skin conditions, and minor injuries, as well as chronic disease follow-up for conditions listed under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) — including hypertension, diabetes, and lipid disorders. Investigations such as blood panels, urine tests, or referrals for X-rays may be ordered at the same visit. MediSave can be used for CDMP-eligible conditions under the outpatient withdrawal limits, and patients holding Integrated Shield Plans should confirm whether their policy covers outpatient GP visits. For specialist referrals, the clinic can issue a referral letter to a public hospital Specialist Outpatient Clinic for subsidised access, or refer directly to a private specialist.

Dr Paul was very caring and patient in exploring my symptoms carefully with me. The treatment provided was effective, and I appreciated his thoughtful approach. Atiqah at the reception was warm and friendly, making the whole experience pleasant from start to finish. The clinic’s health screening is also very comprehensive. It includes checks for iron, vitamin D, and B12 levels, which many standard screenings tend to omit. These tests are especially useful since addressing potential deficiencies in these nutrients can greatly improve overall wellbeing. From booking to consultation and treatment, everything was smooth and friendly. I highly recommend Regis Medical, especially for their health screenings.
I had an excellent experience at Regis Clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive. The clinic itself was clean and welcoming, with a calm atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. Dr. Paul is truly exceptional. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and explained everything clearly, making sure I fully understood my options. Their approach is thorough, and they show genuine care for their patients. I never felt rushed during my appointment, and the entire process, from diagnosis to treatment, was handled with the utmost professionalism
Our son had a terribly irritating rash on his thumbs that was spreading to his body. He is only three years old, and enduring to the best of his ability. We visited Regis Medical, which is but a few minutes from our home. We were so appreciative that the doctor spent time and care with our son, to carefully diagnose his condition, while being sensitive to the fear and pain our son had. In the end, the treatment he prescribed addressed the two causes of the rash and within a day, our son was feeling much better and well on the way to being better within 24 hours. We also very appreciated the subsequent follow-up from the clinic to inquire on his progress. Thank you!

Regulatory licence details for this listing have not been submitted to KakiList at the time of publication. Before booking, it is advisable to ask the clinic directly for its MOH Healthcare Services Licence number — every legitimate clinic premises holds one under the Healthcare Services Act, verifiable on the MOH licensee directory. The consulting doctor's Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration can be confirmed at smc.gov.sg by searching the doctor's name, which also displays specialist accreditation and any disciplinary history. Confirm both the clinic licence and the named doctor's SMC entry before proceeding — neither alone is sufficient as a standalone trust signal.
MediSave can be used for outpatient consultations at GP clinics enrolled in the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), covering conditions including hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, stroke, and selected mental health conditions, up to S$700 per year. General outpatient MediSave use is capped at S$500 per year for non-CDMP visits. Confirm at the front desk whether the clinic is CDMP-enrolled before your visit. Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life primarily cover inpatient stays and day surgery rather than outpatient GP visits, though some riders include GP or specialist outpatient cover — check your specific plan terms with your insurer. For any referral to a specialist or planned procedure, request a written financial counselling estimate from the receiving clinic that splits insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding.
