We engaged Reno Bee Carpentry to build a full-height wall cabinet and a shoe cabinet, and I must say the entire experience has been excellent. I found Reno Bee online by chance, and from the very first enquiry, I was impressed by their prompt responses and patience in answering all my questions. They were extremely accommodating and responsive to the various design changes I requested, making the whole process smooth and reassuring. The prices they quote me fit the our budget. I worked closely with their engineer, Andrew, who was truly the perfect person for the job. As this was a rushed project due to an important event we were preparing for, I was initially not confident that the timeline could be met. To my great surprise and admiration, the entire process—from enquiry to installation—was completed within just one month. This was especially impressive given that it took place in December, factoring in the Christmas and New Year holiday period. All in all, I am a very satisfied customer and would not hesitate to engage Reno Bee Carpentry again. In fact, we have already lined them up for our kitchen renovation in a couple of months. Had the absolute pleasure of finding and engaging Wei Qiang and Andrew from Renobee to save my nightmare reno project from my previous ID. Anyone who is proud of their work (like Wei Qiang) deserves at least a visit or consultation, and I would highly recommend Renobee for anyone considering a renovation!! 👍👍👍 WQ and his team managed to finish my renovation in ~5-6 weeks (basically the entire reno process from scratch, excluding hacking/tiling and partition works) to meet my timeline of moving in before 7th month, which was a miracle considering the shoddy workmanship and non-existent "work" my previous ID had done. I viewed many ID firms and contractors after dropping my previous ID, but Renobee was the only one that gave me peace of mind that they truly knew what they were doing, and the only one confident enough to take over my project from another ID. Many IDs either had reservations about meeting the timeline or didn't raise enough concerns when viewing my half-renovated place, while WQ and Andrew were quick, decisive and proactive in identifying all areas that needed to be checked with my previous ID to ensure Renobee could finish their work on time. As a 1st-time homeowner, I really appreciated the experience WQ and Andrew have accumulated over the years, as they alleviated my concerns quickly and convincingly. Like all renovations, there were hiccups along the way, but Renobee was able to solve them promptly or provide suitable alternative solutions. I could praise Renobee endlessly, but as mentioned, anyone who takes pride in their work definitely deserves consideration so please do yourselves a favor and visit Renobee if you're looking to do some renovations.
