It was by chance that we connected with Charles (Reno Reno) and his responses to my questions during my HDB purchase processes were very quick and professional, even though we did not confirm his service at that time. Upon purchased of our new home, we went through a shortlist selection for ID and eventually decided on Reno Reno for our home project. We were in the good hands of Charles and Brenda (Project Manager). 1. Once the contract was signed, the whole processes started - shopping of tiles, home electrical and toilet accessories. Payment details were cleared, and renovation timeline closely monitored. 2. Renovation started on 1st June 2024 once we took over the keys. Brenda kept us updated at every stage of the reno. Every variation, we were given options and assurance of the new changes. 3. Toward the end of July 2024, Brenda updated that renovation was ahead of schedule, and we were able to takeover at month end. The timeline was just nice as our temporary home contract ended at same time. 4. August 2024 - the family is now well settled in our new home-sweet-home. Many thanks to Charles and Brenda for fulfilling our requirement. The 4 room HDB is very compact and very functional - great job of Reno Reno. I’m the third person in my family to engage Charles as an interior designer, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the very beginning, Charles took the time to understand my style and needs, offering thoughtful suggestions that transformed my space into something truly special. The design choices he made were not only stylish but also incredibly functional, making my home feel both luxurious and comfortable. What really sets Charles apart, though, is his dedication to ensuring everything was perfect. Even months after I moved in, he followed up with me to check how everything was holding up and dropped by more than once to rectify any pending post-reno issues. His attention to detail and genuine care for his clients are unmatched. Charles was recommended to me by my cousin after he assisted with her home renovation. I was renovating my house for the first time. Charles was friendly and easy to communicate my ideas and concerns with. He was also patient in answering my questions and explaining why I should of shouldn't do something. The best thing I appreciate is Charles's meticulousness. He would often drop by the site and check on various stages of the renovation process instead of just leaving the workers be. I am thankful for the service provided by Charles and his company and would certainly recommend him to anyone looking to renovate their house.

Charles is a thorough professional and whatever he undertakes is done with very high quality and precision. In case of my place a couple of things we changed our mind at the last minute and he was amazing to accommodate it Only reason not to give 5* is the design options and variety presented I felt could have been more ambitious - what we did is very safe :)… having said that we did our house during COViD when options were very limited.
