As new owners of a BTO, we were worried about which contractor to hire to help us build our very first home. We wanted someone reliable, efficient, and able to help us with any issues regarding the house. Araf was completely the right person for this. We first met to discuss ideas, quotations, budget and timelines - all of which Araf quoted us reasonably. He answered all our questions as we were completely new to being homeowners. He has a fast reponse time and also kept us updated on the status of the renovation (eg. What is happening on certain days) The total renovation time took a little under 2 months (amazing),and it was well within our budget. We liked that there was a CCTV installed during the renovation process so that we can observe our home coming together through the app. There is also a year long warranty after house handover, so we can contact him regarding any issues. Assisting us with defects, installing and assembling items for the house, excellent workmanship of the built in cabinets, false ceiling assembly, flawless painting of walls...Araf and his team helped us build our dream home and we cannot thank them enough!
