A first visit typically begins with an initial consultation and assessment, during which the physiotherapist takes a detailed history of your presenting condition — whether that is musculoskeletal pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury, neurological recovery, or a chronic condition — before agreeing on a treatment plan. Clients can enquire about session frequency, group versus one-to-one formats, package options versus single-session bookings, and the cancellation policy before committing. Contact is available via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form.
To get started, reach out via WhatsApp or phone to describe your condition and preferred appointment time, and ask about availability at the Tessensohn Road centre before your first consultation.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
I got to know about this clinic through internet. The staffs were very prompt and patient to understand my concern and gave me the earliest appointment. I had a hip pain which impacted my basic activities. My appointment was with Fadhil. He was very professional and discussed in detail what may have cause the pain. After almost 6 -7 sessions my hip pain reduced a lot and I was able to go back to normal routine, cycling, dancing with no pain. I am still continuing to work on strengthening my weak muscles and to improve posture. Thank you Fadhil. I would highly recommend Rehab lab.
I was first referred to The Rehab Lab due to persistent lower back pain. Having recently completed my very first rehab package (10 sessions) with Nash, I am extremely satisfied with the results. He made effort to understand my physical goals, daily routines, current and past physical capacities and carefully designed a series of exercises that are well-curated for me. Over time, I experienced significant relief from my discomfort through carefully guided strengthening exercises under Nash’s supervision. One of my biggest takeaways was Nash’s in-depth knowledge and his ability to clearly explain how and why my body was feeling a certain way. This understanding has been invaluable in helping me better manage my daily life and physical activities in a more confident and pain-free manner. The clinic itself is clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The staff are friendly, highly responsive to messages, and consistently welcoming. I always feel at ease and well cared for whenever I’m there.
Great service and excellent attention to detail from Lorrian, Shah, and the entire Rehab Lab team. I signed up for the 5-session package, and even within the first few sessions, I’ve experienced a significant improvement in my lower back symptoms. What really stood out was how the exercises and routines were carefully tailored to the specific sports and activities I regularly do, making the sessions both practical and effective. The team is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely focused on recovery and long-term improvement. Highly recommended for anyone seeking professional care for sports-related or everyday muscle injuries.
I came to Muhd Fadhli suffering from debilitating sciatica that had caused severe pain in my glutes and hamstrings, along with numbness, tingling, and pain in both feet. The condition was significantly impacting my daily life and mobility, and I had previously seen two other physiotherapists from different organizations who were unable to help me. However, after a few treatments with him, I've experienced remarkable improvement. The pain in my glutes, hamstrings, and feet has completely resolved, and I'm now only dealing with some residual numbness now. More importantly, I can now walk 10km twice a week without any problems, compared to barely managing 3km before. I'm also back at the gym doing my usual exercises, which I couldn’t do previously. I feel much stronger overall and my posture has improved significantly. He also developed a targeted treatment plan that addressed my specific symptoms and taught me exercises I could do at home to support my recovery. What impressed me most was how promptly he replies to my queries and his ability to explain clearly what I need to do. His explanations made it easy to understand each step of the treatment process, and his motivation kept me committed to my recovery even when progress felt slow. I'm incredibly grateful for the improvements I've experienced with Muhd Fadhli, especially after two previous physiotherapists from different organizations couldn't help me. I would highly recommend him and Rehab Lab to anyone dealing with similar and other issues.
I'm a returning patient! Used to see Fadhli for my shoulders till it became bulletproof (until I became complacent and neglected it), and now I'm back to receive treatment from Nash post-knee surgery. I haven't been to many other private physiotherapy clinics, but this has to be the best in Singapore. I often advocate to peers and colleagues that physiotherapy is essential to maintain an active lifestyle, keeping it off subpar ready and injury-free through strengthening and conditioning. TRL is always my go-to recommendation list, not just because the physiotherapists services are good, the admin team will go the extra mile to look further into the schedule to make the best arrangements for you.

Revive Physiotherapy Singapore has not published a specific per-session rate on this listing. In Singapore, physiotherapy consultations at private clinics typically range from S$80 to S$180 per session depending on the complexity of treatment, session duration, and whether specialist modalities such as shockwave therapy, dry needling, or taping are included. Package rates for a block of sessions are commonly available at a lower per-session cost than single bookings. Confirm the first-session consultation fee, what is included in the assessment, any materials or consumables charged separately, and the cancellation or no-show policy before booking. If you intend to claim under an insurance policy or a corporate health benefit, check with your insurer whether a GP referral is required for reimbursement. Most physiotherapy practices in Singapore accept direct bookings without a GP referral, and Revive Physiotherapy Singapore can be contacted directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form to arrange an initial appointment. A referral is not typically required to be seen, but it can be useful: some private insurers and corporate health plans require a GP or specialist referral for reimbursement, and a referral letter provides the physiotherapist with diagnostic context that can speed up the assessment. At the first visit, expect to complete an intake form covering medical history, current medications, and the nature of the condition. The physiotherapist will then conduct a physical assessment before proposing a treatment plan. If your condition involves a recent fracture, post-surgical recovery, or a neurological diagnosis, bring any imaging reports or discharge summaries to the appointment.
Physiotherapists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Registration is publicly verifiable on the AHPC online register at ahpc.edu.sg — search by the practitioner's name before your first appointment. No regulatory licences have been listed for Revive Physiotherapy Singapore on this directory at the time of publication, so it is advisable to confirm the consulting physiotherapist's AHPC registration number directly with the clinic. Additional voluntary credentials to ask about include post-graduate specialisations in areas such as sports physiotherapy, manual therapy, women's health, or neurological rehabilitation, as well as membership of the Singapore Physiotherapy Association. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the AHPC public register before treatment.
