Absolutely terrible experience. I sent in casual clothes, sportswear, and undergarments — some white, most not. The whites came back stained yellow, many items had no scent of detergent at all, and the sports clothes smelled exactly the same as when I sent them (clearly not washed properly). Because everything was packed together, the bad odor from the sportswear spread to all my clothes. On top of that, I paid for their super express service at a premium price (15$ per kilo!), expecting care and professionalism, but got the exact opposite. My clothes are now ruined, and I regret trusting this place. Avoid at all costs.
