I got my first bunny from this place 5 years ago and my second one just last year. Throughout the years, they have never failed to assist me whenever I had concerns. The staff are always generous with their advice and truly care about both the rabbits and the owners. I’m especially grateful for their boarding service, it gives me great peace of mind knowing my rabbits are safe and well cared for while I’m away. More importantly, the friendliness, patience, and helpfulness of the staff make all the difference. Very lucky to have this wonderful place for rabbits owners, from getting healthy rabbits to grooming service, boarding service to carefully selected rabbits food. Highly recommended.

My rabbit was hospitalised due to GI . And i have send him to RHQ medical onboarding due to my work schedule. Vet wasn’t able to advice on discharge date , RHQ was able to accommodate in a short notice . They have been taking good care of my bunny . Sending daily updates on him and photo . I have opt for onboarding with cctv . I can see my bunny without having to head down . Really thankfully they have medical onboarding services ! They also have different hay cuts for bunny to try .
