Service and effectiveness was 5 star! Clarence was the best, always making sure the next solution is at hand and thinking from the other's point of view, and proposing the best plan possible. This puts Ridpest way ahead of other companies I tried to get in touch with, and you will not go wrong with their professionalism. I also like the way the Company cares for their team and Mother Earth, with eco friendly products which are also effective. It is the kind of company I want to support. Quality product and well-thought through service plan aside, the thoroughness and thoughtfulness is out of what you normally experience. It is a first-rate example of excellent service, and I know no other provider in Singapore with such strong service ethos. Well done! Introduced by a close friend, I engaged Ridpest Pte Ltd for their mould removal service and was blown away by the excellent service I received. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Firstly, the site surveyor arrived on time and were respectful of my property. He quickly assessed the situation and provided me with a detailed explanation of the work that needed to be done, including a transparent breakdown of the cost. After confirming the situation, the follow up team worked tirelessly to remove the mould, going above and beyond to ensure that all affected areas were thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. They also provided me with tips on how to prevent mould from returning in the future. (Ensuring me that they took all necessary precautions to protect my belongings). Recently I needed to do a mold remediation on my house, and found Ridpest online. Clarence came to my assistance. He told me they can do an in-depth inspection/consultation that's no charge. I said ok. During which, he explained about each of the different processes and treatment that Ridpest will perform. I found Clarence to be honest, reliable and experienced. So I decided to ask him for a quotation, after which hubby and I accepted. While preparing for what I call "Operation Mold day", I was so bothered by the mold situation, I had a plethora of questions for Clarence.. All of which he answered and explained patiently. Very helpful, understanding and professional indeed! "Operation Mold day" went by smoothly, thanks to the efficiency and experience of Ridpest. They even have before and after photos! I had issues with ants and mould mites because of my neighbours, so was recommended to Dan and his team by a family friend. They were with me from the beginning - doing an initial consultation and taking time to explain to me about the ants and mould mites, where they came from and what they could do for me to not only exterminate, but prevent another infestation. Ridpest staff arrived on time, and completed the job as quickly as they could with minimal disruption. They only requested I remove food items (and my dog) and moved any furniture themselves, even going as far as to give everything a wipe down after. They're very trustworthy and I don't regret enlisting Dan and his team for this job. It was as painless as they could make it, customer service is super helpful too!
