Why is River Ash so awesome? We had a mishap with our original cake order elsewhere and was only informed at 1+pm today. It was for my dad’s 70th diner and included the cash pull mechanism. We reached out to river ash without high hopes of them being able to deliver since we needed the cake by 6pm. They immediately checked on resources, and was able to deliver. Despite me letting them decide on the (easiest) cake, they still calmly let me pick the longevity cake, and was able to deliver the cash pull mechanism (which usually takes at least a few days advance order). So basically they did a last min order for me with 3 hour notice, no additional premium and delivered without a hitch. My family was so happy and thankful. My dad had no clue about the drama. Thank you for making our crisis go away. Great job guys. Third time ordering from them too. Cake was on point. Thank you!!!

Paid $200+ dollars for a cake that uses a cardboard cutting of Kpop demon hunters as decoration. Nothing much else. I could buy a $50 cake and print out from my printer and get the same effect. How did the cake taste.: Sponge was rough..like those cheap old school cake. Unlike Chateraise or even Han’s Thin layer of cream with a faint taste of lychee essence without any real fruit. And only ONE layer. First and last time I’ll be ordering from them. Edit: Here’s the catch, I did self collection. Not the reason why I say it’s not worth the price. The lack of actual fruits or any taste, the lack of taste could be due to that 1 thin layer of cream. Cake was pretty thick. I tasted sponge cake kosong literally. Not sure if that’s your norm. But I have eaten cakes less thick with way more cream. Hope you really look into it.
