The school holds KakiList verified status, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. Pricing is positioned at the mid-range ($$) tier for enrichment classes in Singapore.
Families typically begin by enquiring about programme fit — the right level for the student's age and experience, syllabus alignment, and whether group or one-to-one instruction suits the learner better. School of Rock centres its curriculum around performance-based music education, meaning students work towards playing real music in a band context rather than through purely theory-driven lessons. It is worth clarifying term commitment and what a standard enrolment period looks like, as well as whether the programme has defined age bands or skill entry points. The centre at Funan is accessible by MRT, which matters for families scheduling lessons around school hours.
To take the next step, reach out to School of Rock Singapore via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to ask about current availability, age and level fit, and trial class options before committing to a term.

(Late review) Terry was friendly and helpful with my piano needs as I was unfamiliar with it. The process to getting the piano was also smooth and he helped me acquire further discounts (with some items removed) to fit into my budget. Looking forward to receiving the piano 🎹
My husband and son loves the school. Amazing place for music instruments and quality for their music lessons.
I got my drum set there. The sales Zi Qian is very attentive and friendly, assisting me to find the best suitable model for me. And it is going to delivery today. Can’t wait. Thanks Zi Qian.
The Bad Romance program was nice.. but the keyboard on Bad Romance cannot hear.. the student spend more time practicing at Funan and parents expecting their kid to perform well and they cannot hear the sound of their son.. the sound engineer failed to mix this properly, he focused more on guitars.. but overall it’s a nice performance..
Joan was serving us! Happy to be here at your centre! Had a great time looking through the instruments with her advice.

School of Rock Singapore's pricing is displayed at the mid-range ($$) level, though specific per-session or monthly programme fees are not published on this listing. Music enrichment providers in Singapore typically structure fees as monthly or per-term packages rather than individual session rates, with group programmes generally ranging from S$200 to S$500 per month depending on lesson frequency and format. One-to-one instruction is ordinarily priced higher than group classes. It is worth asking directly about trial class fees, any materials or equipment charges (such as instrument hire or workbooks), and whether sibling or multi-programme discounts apply. Some providers charge a one-time registration fee on enrolment. See the full enrichment classes cost guide for Singapore →
Many music enrichment providers offer a trial class, sometimes at a reduced fee or included as part of the enrolment process, so it is worth asking School of Rock Singapore whether this is available and what the trial involves. A trial session is a practical way to assess whether the teaching style suits your child, whether the pace and level are appropriate, and whether the group dynamic is a good fit. During a trial, pay attention to how the instructor manages the class, how engaged students appear, and whether the content feels appropriately challenging without being overwhelming. If your child is a complete beginner, look for whether the instructor explains fundamentals clearly before moving into playing. Contact School of Rock Singapore directly via WhatsApp or phone to ask about their current trial class policy and availability.
Specific instructor credentials are not listed in the available provider data for School of Rock Singapore. For music enrichment providers, relevant qualifications to look for include formal music qualifications (such as diplomas from ABRSM, Trinity, or a music conservatoire), teaching experience at the relevant age group, and familiarity with the specific instruments or genres taught. School of Rock as a programme is built around a performance-based curriculum, so it is also reasonable to ask about the instructors' practical performing backgrounds, as this often shapes how they teach applied musicianship. When contacting the centre, ask directly about the qualifications and experience of the specific instructor who would be teaching your child.
