Science Studios gives out useful concise notes and my science teacher , Mr Chua, conducted well-prepared informative classes. They also carry out experiments that allow us hands-on experience to better understand the concepts. Science studios has helped me improve from an AL 6 from prelims, to an AL 2 PSLE result, in a span of 4 months! Science Studios was recommended by a friend as a push for the PSLE and we joined in March 2025 (P6 year). From the start, they were already different. My son Gerald actually wanted to go for classes because he enjoyed doing all the hands-on experiments. While my son could understand concepts on his own, the few months with SS helped him to express his answers accurately and pushed his scores from AL4 in P5 EOY to AL1 in prelims and PSLE. He said the bootcamp in June was especially helpful for him to understand the different topics well. Thank you Mr Chua and Science Studios for making science fun AND producing the results. Science Studios at Balmoral Plaza has been an exceptional learning centre for my child. The teachers are patient, engaging, and genuinely passionate about helping students understand science, not just memorise it. Their lessons are well-structured, hands-on, and designed to spark curiosity. What stands out most is how the centre builds confidence. My child looks forward to class every week and has shown clear improvement not only in grades, but also in interest, motivation, and the ability to explain concepts independently. The teachers provide constructive feedback, and the communication with parents is always prompt, clear, and reassuring. The centre is also very organised, from lesson materials to class scheduling. They consistently go the extra mile to support students, especially during exam season. The teachers are very good and ensures every student understands the question before moving on. They have hands on experiment to help us understand the topics better along with videos for us to watch. We take a quiz after the class every week so the teacher will know whether we understand. At the end of the year the teacher went through all the topics and we also did paper 1 and 2 on alternate weeks. Even though I had only joined for a term, I thoroughly enjoyed all the lessons. I had improved from AL2 in P5 EOY to AL1 in P6 Prelim and PSLE. (Hannah)

My kid was with Science Studios for the PSLE revision throughout the year of P6. My kid found that the material and practice provided helped him to be more confident about the exam. And the teachers there were excellent at keeping the lessons interesting and engaging. As a parent, I am also impressed with the boot camp in June, which is very comprehensive. Thank you Science Studios, my kid got AL1 for science for PSLE.
