It was my first experience with drivelah and it didn't go well. The car owner forgot his pickup arrangement for the car key, and the owner wasn't responding to me multiple calls and messages. All these were happening in a basement carpark with no breeze, 40 mins after the booking time. However, I was truly appreciative of the assistance extended by Trixie from the customer WhatsApp hotline, who helped me to contact the owner. She was really understanding and tried her best to attend to my situation, providing alternatives and in the end, assisting me with my refund request cause I couldn't wait anymore.
