This is our second time engaging Ryan from She Design Interior, and once again he did not disappoint. Despite the project being extremely rushed, Ryan remained professional, responsive, and highly committed throughout. He worked very hard to ensure the renovation was completed within just 1.5 months, which is truly impressive given the tight timeline. What we really appreciate is Ryan’s sense of responsibility as an ID. We understand that there is no such thing as a perfect renovation, but when there were defects or issues, Ryan did not avoid them and took the initiative to follow up and ensure proper rectification. This is something we feel is extremely important for homeowners, as it gives us peace of mind knowing the ID stands by their work even after handover. Ryan’s carpenter team are very nice and friendly too, so we do not have to deal with rude attitude people which makes renovation even more stress free. Another big plus is that Ryan never pushed for unnecessary top-ups or add-ons during the renovation period, which we really appreciate. Everything was transparent and focused on what we genuinely needed. Overall, we are very grateful for Ryan’s hard work, reliability, and dedication. Highly recommend Ryan and She Design Interior to anyone looking for a trustworthy and responsible interior designer. 👍

After meeting close to ten IDs and contractors, we eventually decided on SHE Interior and specifically asked for Moon to manage our project. We initially discovered SHE Interior through Google reviews, where Moon was frequently mentioned and highly praised—and those reviews turned out to be completely accurate. From our first meeting, Moon left a strong impression. She was genuine, attentive, and even prepared a 3D AutoCAD drawing based on our ideas right away. This really set her apart, especially since many other IDs were unwilling to do anything before a contract was signed. Throughout the renovation journey, Moon patiently refined the design to align with our preferences while always being mindful of our budget. We had heard many horror stories about IDs pushing unnecessary upgrades, being unclear about costs, or leaving clients in the dark—but Moon was truly different. She never attempted to upsell us, instead offering practical and thoughtful suggestions, and consistently reassured us at every step of the process. Her pricing was fair and transparent, which we also verified through our own research. Communication was another strong point. Moon was responsive and easy to talk to, and even when questions were outside her scope—such as seeking advice on curtain colours from a different vendor or the sofa colour in the living room—she was more than happy to share her honest opinions to help everything come together cohesively. During the renovation, she consistently kept us updated, addressed our questions promptly, and went above and beyond by giving advice on colour schemes and furniture selections to ensure the overall look flowed well, even though these were not technically part of her responsibilities. What truly stood out was her attention to detail and sense of responsibility. Even after the renovation was completed, Moon personally checked on the workmanship and pointed out minor issues we hadn’t noticed, such as a small imperfection in the silicone finishing of a cabinet. She took the initiative to arrange for touch-ups, which really showed how much she cared about the final outcome. Overall, if you’re looking for an interior designer who genuinely cares about her clients, respects your budget, and supports you every step of the way, Moon is someone we highly recommend.
