About Shenton Medical Group UE BIZ HUB East
Shenton Medical Group UE BIZ HUB East is a general practice clinic located at 2 Changi Business Park Ave 1, #01-03 ESR BizPark @ Changi, Singapore 486015, serving the east of Singapore. KakiList has verified the operating details and contact channel. The clinic holds a 3.3/5 rating across 46 Google reviews — a moderate sample size, though the score sits below the typical threshold for a strong endorsement, and prospective patients should read the reviews directly before booking. No regulatory licences appear on file, and ACRA registration has not been confirmed; patients are advised to verify credentials directly with the clinic.
For a first visit, walk-in patients at a GP clinic can expect a consultation covering presenting symptoms, a brief examination, and a management plan that may include a prescription, a referral letter to a specialist or public hospital Specialist Outpatient Clinic, or an MC. Patients managing chronic conditions listed under the Chronic Disease Management Programme — such as hypertension, diabetes, or high cholesterol — may be able to use MediSave under the CDMP framework (up to S$700 per year) at participating PHPC-enrolled clinics. Islandwide coverage is noted, though this clinic operates from a single Changi address; confirm operating hours and whether same-day walk-in capacity is available before travelling, particularly during peak periods.

My second time visiting this clinic - both times the waiting time was short and receptionists were nice and friendly. Was attended by Dr Eliza both times and she’s very empathetic and kind. The meds prescribed in my first visit were also very effective on me. Overall a pleasant experience!
They close registrations on a whim, estimating calculations. Neither do they book in advance nor assist patients who are unwell. Not accommodative of special considerations as well. Wouldn't recommend anyone to visit. Bad experience.
I had an excellent experience at this medical center. The doctors were not only highly professional but also took the time to listen to my concerns thoroughly, explaining my condition and treatment plan in a clear, easy-to-understand way. The nursing staff was incredibly attentive and kind, making me feel comfortable throughout the process.
Just had my health screening and it was one of the most pleasant experience, Dr Noor Eliza is a doctor you can trust and feel safe & heard. In my short interaction, I could feel her patience and passion for her patients. Not sure why the receptionists get such bad reviews too. They were polite and efficient!
I had a mixed experience during my visit to the clinic this week. While the doctors were exceptional and very professional, my interaction with the receptionist was disappointing. Her attitude was dismissive and unfriendly, which is unfortunate because patients visiting a clinic are often already unwell and need kindness and understanding. I hope the management can address this to ensure all staff represent the same level of care and professionalism as the doctors.

GP consultations at private group practices in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with variations depending on time of day, complexity, and whether the clinic participates in the Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) or is a PHPC-panel clinic under MediSave CDMP. Investigations billed on top of the consultation include blood panels (S$60–200), X-rays (S$80–150), and urine tests (S$15–40). Prescriptions are charged separately. Confirm the exact consultation fee and any CHAS or MediSave eligibility directly with the clinic before your visit, as fee structures vary. For any planned investigation, ask for an itemised estimate upfront. GST applies on private medical services. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
No regulatory licences are currently on file for this listing. Every legitimate clinic should hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act, verifiable on the MOH licensee directory. Every practising doctor must be registered on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg — search by the consulting doctor's name to confirm registration status and any disciplinary history. Before your appointment, ask the clinic to confirm their MOH licence number and the consulting doctor's SMC registration. Neither alone is sufficient — both should be in order. ACRA registration has also not been confirmed for this listing, so it is worth asking for the business registration number directly. Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
MediSave can be used for outpatient consultations at PHPC-enrolled GP clinics under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), covering conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, and stroke, up to S$700 per year. General outpatient MediSave withdrawal is capped at S$500 per year for non-CDMP visits at approved clinics. Confirm with the clinic whether they are enrolled in PHPC and which conditions are covered before assuming MediSave applies. Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally cover inpatient and day-surgery costs rather than routine GP visits, though some plans include outpatient riders — check your specific policy with your insurer. For any planned investigation or referral, request a written cost estimate in advance. Confirm whether the clinic accepts CHAS Blue, Orange, or Merdeka/Pioneer Generation cards, which reduce out-of-pocket costs for eligible Singapore Citizens at participating GP clinics.
