KakiList has verified the clinic's operating details and contact channels. For a first visit, patients can reach the clinic by WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to check consultation hours and queue wait times before travelling. As a GP clinic, Shifa Clinic Tampines is likely able to manage a range of acute and chronic presentations — including upper respiratory tract infections, skin conditions, chronic disease follow-up for hypertension and diabetes under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), and referrals onward to public hospital specialist outpatient clinics where needed. Patients with Integrated Shield Plans should note that GP consultations are generally not IP-claimable; MediSave withdrawals for GP visits are subject to the MediSave 500 outpatient limit or CDMP limits for listed chronic conditions.
Contact Shifa Clinic Tampines directly by WhatsApp or phone to confirm current consultation hours, panel insurer coverage, and whether your chronic condition qualifies for CDMP before your visit.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Alhamdulillah. Jazakumullahu khairan to Dr Sarina and the team for today. This was my first visit to Shifa Clinic, and alhamdulillah, Dr Sarina and her team were efficient. The kakak at the reception was polite and helpful throughout the entire process, from registration to payment for the medications. The waiting time was relatively short, the clinic was clean, and the space was spacious and up-to-date. Dr Sarina was patient and took the time to listen to my medical concerns and needs. She provided great support and care. May Allah bless Dr Sarina and the team with goodness in every way, good health, rizq, and continued success. Jazakillah khairan for serving the community well. In sha Allah, the medication will work well for me.
First visit here, and consult for toddler. Very impressed by Dr Sarina in terms of professionalism, knowledge and care shown towards my child. The reception team was also very polite and professional as well. Very satisfied and indicative of a long term healthcare partner for the family.
Doctor Sarina is really knowledgeable and a medicine expert! (Masha Allah) She does a very thorough consultation. I love how she prescribes effective medication and not those generic one. Very polite and friendly staff too. Recommend all to visit!
Yesterday my daughter came from AMK to Tampines due to her having a very high fever. The receptionist namely siti and zidah was very helpful and very prompt to settle in my daughter to meet the doctor. We went to KKH before hand but wasnt given any antibiotics. But after seeing Doctor Sarina, she explained in every details on what is going with my daughter. She even prescribe antibiotics for my daughter and some cough and running nose medication. And the running nose stop but still cough slightly on and off. And after taken the antibiotics..my daughter fever also can see a different even if her fever on and off. Kudos to zidah, siti and Doctor Sarina. Hopefully my daughter will get well soon. Recommended to all whoever wants to visit this place at Tampines.

GP consultations at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with follow-up visits at the lower end of that range. Common add-ons billed on top of the consultation include medications and prescriptions, diagnostic tests such as a blood panel (S$60–200), urine tests, and any point-of-care tests such as a flu swab or rapid strep test. GST applies on private medical services. For patients on the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), MediSave can be withdrawn up to S$500 per year for outpatient treatment of listed conditions (hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, and others). Any planned investigations or procedures should be quoted with a written breakdown splitting out-of-pocket and MediSave portions before you proceed. Every legitimate GP clinic holds an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor in Singapore must also be registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC); you can search by name at smc.gov.sg to confirm registration status and check for any disciplinary records. No MOH Healthcare Services Licence or SMC registration details have been confirmed in the current listing data for Shifa Clinic Tampines. Before booking, it is advisable to ask the clinic directly for its MOH licence number and the name of the consulting doctor, then verify both on the respective public registers. Neither alone is sufficient — you need both the clinic licence and the named doctor's SMC entry confirmed.
GP consultations are generally not covered by Integrated Shield Plans (IPs), which are designed primarily for inpatient and day-surgery claims. However, MediSave can be used for outpatient treatment of chronic conditions listed under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) — including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, stroke, asthma, COPD, and selected mental health conditions — up to S$500 per MediSave account per year. If you are referred onward to a public hospital specialist outpatient clinic, a GP referral letter typically attracts the subsidised consultation rate of S$30–80 for Singapore Citizens, compared with S$120–250 for a direct private specialist walk-in. Confirm with the clinic whether it is a CDMP-accredited provider and which panel insurers (if any) it accepts before your visit, so billing expectations are clear from the outset.
