The experience thus far at Shinagawa has been incredible! this starts with the minute you walk through the front doors..ALL the staff are very proficiently trained and its comforting that you are in good hands. I first visited them for a bad eye infection. From the registration to pre-screening, nothing short of positiveness, helpfulness and professionalism in the execution of the tests and scans as required to the genuineness of patient care. I was attended to by Dr Leslie Ang - who is a seasoned professional, embellishing confidence and trust to treat the ailment. I subsequently went with him to conduct teo cataract procedures about 2 weeks apart. Caring in his approach, and fabulous in the execution, it was indeed and eye opener (intended pun) from Yellow old headlights to Halogen clarity and brightness. I would highly recommend the clinic and Dr Ang.
