About Signature Weddings Singapore
Signature Weddings Singapore is a wedding services provider based at Delfi Orchard on Orchard Road, covering couples islandwide. KakiList has verified their operating details and contact channels. They hold a 4.8-star Google rating across 17 reviews — a small sample at this stage, so treat it as directional rather than definitive. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range tier; specific package costs should be confirmed directly.
Once you have a wedding date in mind, reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to discuss your event scope and headcount. Wedding service providers typically cover a range of elements — from solemnisation coordination and tea ceremony arrangements to banquet support — and the conversation will establish whether you need a full planning engagement or specific à la carte services. Expect to clarify your venue, preferred style, and whether any dialect-group customs (Hokkien gatecrash games, Cantonese tea ceremony protocols, or Teochew traditions) need to be factored in. A deposit of 30–50% is standard on signing to secure your date, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the wedding. Saturday dates in March, April, October, and November book out earliest, often six to twelve months ahead. Confirm whether public liability insurance is in place, especially if any setup work is involved at HDB void decks, condominium function rooms, or hotel venues.
Contact Signature Weddings Singapore via WhatsApp or phone to discuss your date, scope, and package options, and request a written contract detailing deliverables, the balance payment schedule, and the rescheduling policy before paying any deposit.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Windy is super lovely and helpful. Showed us a few dresses and absolutely lovely to get her advice! Did not felt pressured to make a decision at any point which made the whole experience so stress free and pleasant. Highly recommend!
Was looking for a rental gown for a themed gala and had fun trying out some gowns at Bridal Signature. Windy was super helpful, friendly and made me feel right at home in the studio. Grateful for her guidance and design eye in finding the right gown - simple, great material, yet elegant. Make an appointment before the visit.
Enjoyed the afternoon trying on Windy’s bridal gown collection, which were refreshingly different from what I had seen at some other studios. Her studio was warm and cozy, and she provided her professional opinion on the gown’s suitability - something I really appreciated. She’s not pushy - she was genuine and gave me ample time to think about whether the gown is ‘the one’ for me. Thanks Windy!
Had a great time trying on the bridal and evening gowns designed by Windy. The range of off-the-rack gowns were more suited for non plus-size individuals. However, there is an option for custom made rental too. Windy was professional, friendly and patient. No hard-selling. Furthermore, the studio is really pretty with lots of natural daylight shining in. Enjoyed the nice soothing music in the studio too. Overall a pleasant experience at Bridal Signature.
Went for my first try out and Windy is very friendly in guiding me in the entire wedding process. The collection focus a lot on her special laces. Waiting to try on her new collection for 2025 to decide.

Package pricing varies by the scope of services engaged. As a general reference, full wedding planning in Singapore (excluding venue and food and beverage) typically runs S$5,000–25,000+, while more focused services such as solemnisation coordination or tea ceremony arrangements sit at a lower range. Confirm the exact package inclusions — coverage hours, number of staff, deliverables, and whether travel to non-central venues carries a surcharge — before signing. A deposit of 30–50% is standard on signing, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. GST should be clarified upfront as well. See the full Wedding Services cost guide for Singapore →
For wedding services, six to twelve months ahead is the general guideline — and popular Saturday dates in peak wedding months (March, April, October, and November) can be taken well beyond that window. The earlier you confirm and pay a deposit, the more likely your preferred date is secured. If your wedding involves a ROM solemnisation, tea ceremony, or dialect-group customs requiring specific coordination, additional lead time helps ensure everything is arranged properly. Ask directly about current date availability and whether a tentative hold is possible before the deposit is paid.
The industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing, which holds the date and typically covers initial planning and coordination hours. The balance is usually due one to two weeks before the wedding day. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers and whether it is transferable to a rescheduled date if circumstances change. Cancellation terms vary by provider — deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferable within a defined window. Ask specifically about rescheduling provisions in the event of force-majeure situations. Public liability insurance is worth confirming too, particularly if any setup or installation work is involved at your chosen venue. Put all terms in a signed contract before any payment is made.
