It holds a 2.3 out of 5 rating across 56 Google reviews — a moderate sample size, though the rating is notably below the typical range for GP clinics and warrants attention before booking. A indian lady around 40-50years old at reception counter quite rude.i was not given a queue number so i appoached her to check.Due my forgetful after awhile when a number called,i appoached reception again to make sure it is my q number.when i walked to the doctor's room i overheard she grumbled in malay with the chinese staff that i ask and ask again my number. This is very bad and no manners! When i make payment and collect medicine,i realize i have all the same medicines as i went to see doctor frequently. I reject all the medicines and pay my billls. This indian lady noticed that i didnt take all the medicines and before i left the clinic,i think she start grumble again. Before i left i told the chinese lady in mandarin,i can understand malayu, pls inform ur colleague dont grumble behind people. To this indian lady, you want to gain respect ,pls show your respect to people first. Overall my experience with this clinic is quite good, i will visit again when i need to, hope all the staffs maintain ur professionalism and well standards.

The counter staff did not bother to communicate with us or give us clear instructions. No clear instructions were given to us, which led to unnecessary waiting at the clinic. E.g. 1- After our check up, we were told the the counter staff will inform us on the follow up. We proceeded to wait for 30 min till I saw a patient after me leaving the clinic right away. So I went to inform the staff that we finished our check up too. And she told me I could leave right away. Above is just one of the many examples, We came at 0930 and left at 1200, If you’re visiting this clinic, We suggest for you to initiate the communication with the staff constantly.

Sometimes people's attitude can be more contagious than a disease. Today, I experienced unprofessionalism when I visited the clinic. Dr Lim was reluctant to serve me, despite me being the last customer before they closed. His body language and tone were unprofessional, especially considering he was wearing a mask. The way he asked about my illness made it feel like an interrogation. Is it because he's a doctor that he thought he could get away with this kind of behavior? This experience has left me feeling very discouraged and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My dad went for the appointment and it’s via video call. The doctor made him to wait for a long time without informing that he can leave. He mentioned to call within 3 days and until now nobody got back to him. We tried calling and reaching out to the clinic for 2 days straight but nobody is picking up the call. What are the receptionist doing? Don’t bother going to this clinic.

Before booking, verify the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence on the MOH licensee directory online — every legitimate clinic premises must hold this licence under the Healthcare Services Act. Confirm with the clinic's front desk whether your condition qualifies and whether the clinic is a CDMP-registered provider. Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally cover inpatient admissions, day surgery, and specialist consultations rather than standard GP visits — check your policy's outpatient rider terms with your insurer before assuming coverage. For any planned investigation or referral procedure, request a written financial counselling estimate splitting MediSave, insurance, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding.
