About SilverFleet
SilverFleet provides medical escort services across Singapore, operating from its office at 50 Armenian St, Wilmer Place. The listing is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered. It holds a 3.8-star Google rating across four reviews — too small a sample to draw firm conclusions, and prospective clients should treat this figure as directional only. Pricing is indicated at a mid-range level; confirmed figures should be requested directly.
For families arranging medical escort support, the typical process begins with a care assessment covering the elder's mobility, medical history, and the specific appointment or procedure requiring escort. You will want to clarify whether the service covers accompaniment to and from the clinic only, or extends to in-appointment support, wheelchair assistance, or medication collection. Confirm the hours required, whether single trips or recurring bookings are available, and how the escort communicates with family members before and after each appointment. Establish whether the escort has relevant first-aid or care training suited to your elder's condition.
To begin, contact SilverFleet by phone or via the enquiry form on the listing to describe your elder's mobility and medical needs, the frequency of appointments, and your preferred scheduling — this will allow them to confirm availability and provide a written quote.
Insist on a trial period and put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing.
We decided to engage SilverFleet to ferry my dad for his appointment, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The booking was seamless and our point of contact, Terence, was prompt in his replies and the booking confirmation was almost immediate. Our driver, Danny, was punctual and professional. Along the way, he also shared with us tips on how to maneuver a wheelchair in a safe manner and other advice on how to ensure my dad was comfortable being in a wheelchair. A big thank you for that!
1st time tried out Silver Fleet and a total disappointment. Booking for 22nd Jul 2021 @8am to NTFH, and vehicle did not turn up . Terence supposed to forward the vehicle no and driver details on 21 Jul btw 8.30-10.30pm , but i've oversight this until 22nd Morning and whatsapp him at 6.58am and tried calling him but he did not pick up my call . We are left with no choice but to call a taxi and you can imagine how difficult is to transfer my mil into the taxi as she cannot even stand. Really disappointed with Silver Fleet despite the good review in the website. This shall be the 1st and also the last that I would ever try.
Dad and I benefitted very much by the Superb Professional Care of Silver Fleet since Feb 2021. Bravo! I had recommended Silver Fleet to my friends ...Keep up the good work..
1st time engage their service. Great experience. Will use again. Highly recommended. TQ

SilverFleet's pricing is indicated at a mid-range level, but specific hourly, per-trip, or package rates should be requested directly, as medical escort fees in Singapore vary depending on trip duration, the elder's mobility needs, and whether wheelchair or stretcher transport is involved. Typical hourly rates for eldercare companions and escorts in Singapore start from around S$20–30 per hour, with surcharges for public holidays and early-morning or late-night appointments. When requesting a quote, confirm in writing: the base rate, any transport or parking charges, public holiday surcharges, and whether a minimum booking duration applies. SilverFleet's listed subcategory is medical escort, which is an appointment-based, visit-type service rather than a live-in arrangement. This means the service centres on accompanying an elderly person to and from medical appointments — hospitals, specialist clinics, day rehabilitation centres — rather than providing sustained in-home or residential care. For families considering SilverFleet, clarify the scope of each escort engagement: whether it covers waiting time during the appointment, assistance with registration and prescription collection, and communication with family members post-visit. If you also require home nursing or live-in caregiver support, you would need to engage a separate provider registered with MOH or AIC for those clinical services.
SilverFleet does not currently list any regulatory licences on its KakiList profile. For eldercare and medical escort services in Singapore, AIC registration or MOH licensing is relevant where clinical care is provided — confirm directly with SilverFleet whether their escorts hold first-aid certification, relevant care training, or any professional accreditation suited to your elder's medical condition. Also ask whether the company carries public liability insurance covering escort staff and any incidents during transit or at the medical facility. If your elder has complex mobility needs or a specific medical condition, confirm that the assigned escort has appropriate experience before the first appointment.
If SilverFleet isn't the right fit, these are other medical escort providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
