About SilverFleet
SilverFleet is a senior transport provider operating islandwide across Singapore. The listing has been verified by KakiList, confirming active contact details and operating information. With only four Google reviews at 3.8 out of 5, the rating reflects a very small sample and should be treated as directional only. Pricing is indicated at a mid-range level, though specific rates were not provided and should be confirmed directly with the provider.
Families considering senior transport typically begin by assessing the elder's mobility requirements — whether a wheelchair-accessible vehicle is needed, the frequency of trips (hospital appointments, dialysis runs, day-care transfers, or social outings), and whether assistance is required between door and vehicle. It is worth clarifying whether a trained escort accompanies the driver, the booking lead time required, and whether recurring schedules can be arranged at a fixed rate. Advance notice requirements and cancellation terms are also worth confirming, particularly for medical appointments where timing is critical.
To find out whether SilverFleet can meet your scheduling and mobility needs, contact the team directly by phone or through the enquiry form, and request a written quote covering the specific route, frequency, and any mobility-aid requirements before committing.

We decided to engage SilverFleet to ferry my dad for his appointment, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The booking was seamless and our point of contact, Terence, was prompt in his replies and the booking confirmation was almost immediate. Our driver, Danny, was punctual and professional. Along the way, he also shared with us tips on how to maneuver a wheelchair in a safe manner and other advice on how to ensure my dad was comfortable being in a wheelchair. A big thank you for that!
1st time tried out Silver Fleet and a total disappointment. Booking for 22nd Jul 2021 @8am to NTFH, and vehicle did not turn up . Terence supposed to forward the vehicle no and driver details on 21 Jul btw 8.30-10.30pm , but i've oversight this until 22nd Morning and whatsapp him at 6.58am and tried calling him but he did not pick up my call . We are left with no choice but to call a taxi and you can imagine how difficult is to transfer my mil into the taxi as she cannot even stand. Really disappointed with Silver Fleet despite the good review in the website. This shall be the 1st and also the last that I would ever try.
Dad and I benefitted very much by the Superb Professional Care of Silver Fleet since Feb 2021. Bravo! I had recommended Silver Fleet to my friends ...Keep up the good work..
1st time engage their service. Great experience. Will use again. Highly recommended. TQ

SilverFleet's pricing is indicated at a mid-range level, but specific rates were not published at the time of this listing. Senior transport pricing in Singapore typically varies by trip distance, vehicle type (standard saloon vs wheelchair-accessible), escort requirements, and whether bookings are one-off or on a recurring subscription. When requesting a quote, confirm the following in writing: the per-trip or monthly rate, any surcharge for peak hours, public holidays, or waiting time, and whether a minimum booking period applies. Ask separately whether wheelchair or mobility-aid handling is included or billed as an add-on. See the full eldercare cost guide for Singapore →
SilverFleet provides transport services rather than residential or in-home care, so the live-in versus visit-based distinction does not directly apply. Instead, the relevant question is whether the service covers one-off bookings (e.g. a single hospital appointment) or recurring scheduled trips (e.g. weekly dialysis runs or daily day-care transfers). Families should confirm the minimum booking frequency, whether a dedicated driver can be assigned for continuity, and what the process is if a scheduled vehicle is unavailable. A trial booking on a non-critical trip is a reasonable way to assess punctuality and how the driver handles the elder's mobility needs before committing to a recurring arrangement.
SilverFleet did not list any regulatory licences or certifications at the time of this listing, so it is not possible to confirm driver training standards, dementia or mobility-aid handling qualifications, or insurance coverage from the available data alone. Before booking, ask directly whether drivers hold any first-aid or passenger-assistance certification, whether the vehicles carry public liability insurance covering passengers, and what the protocol is if an elder becomes unwell during transit. Confirming these points in writing provides recourse if an incident occurs. With only four Google reviews available, independent verification is particularly important here.
If SilverFleet isn't the right fit, these are other senior transport providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
