Pricing is indicated as mid-range ($$); specific package costs are not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly with the provider.
When arranging funeral services, families typically need to consider the full scope of requirements: body collection and preparation, religious or cultural rites (Buddhist, Taoist, Christian, Muslim, Hindu, or secular), wake venue logistics, casket or urn selection, cremation or burial arrangements, and the associated paperwork with the Registry of Births and Deaths. Singapore Funeral Park operates islandwide, which is relevant for families coordinating across different areas for the wake and final rites. It is advisable to clarify at the outset what is included in any quoted package versus what is billed separately, as itemised costs can vary significantly depending on the duration of the wake, the choice of venue, and the type of service.
To begin arrangements, contact Singapore Funeral Park directly by phone or via the enquiry form on their listing. In urgent situations, calling is recommended for the fastest response.

We are very grateful to Elaine Chai, our undertaker in charge, for her professionalism and compassion during this difficult time. From the beginning, Elaine handled everything with great care, patience, and respect for our family and our loved one. She guided us through the entire process clearly and calmly, making sure every detail was well taken care of. Her kindness, understanding, and willingness to go the extra mile gave our family comfort and peace of mind during such an emotional period. Thank you, Elaine and team, for your dedication and for supporting our family with such sincerity and empathy. We truly appreciate all the effort you put in to help us give our loved one a respectful and meaningful farewell.
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Indren and the entire team for conducting my father’s final rites with such care and professionalism. All logistics were handled smoothly, and the team respected our instructions on how my father should be presented at his funeral with great attention to detail. Everything was managed seamlessly, without any hiccups, which gave our family much peace of mind during a very difficult time. A special thank you goes to Joel for his prompt responses, patient coordination, and support in accommodating multiple last-minute requests. We truly appreciate that he even checked in after the funeral to ensure everything was in order. Room for improvement would be in the ritual portion and the itinerary for the days, which could be more detailed and regularly updated to keep the family informed. Overall we are satisfied with your service and support. Thank you Singapore casket 🙏
A huge thank you to Ms. Ellaine Chai and her team. To mention Anthony, Aru,Joshua, TP, Jaya, KK, As our case was extra special, no embalming involved, they did their best for the family to let us view him one last time before sealing the casket. Everything was handled smoothly and with care, and it really helped take a load off our minds during a tough time. The staff were respectful, patient, and professional throughout, Especially Ms. Ellaine, the Funeral director who made sure everything runs smoothly from start to end. I even had to call her in the middle of the night and that she was prompt in attending the issue. The wake was held at our residence and that they set it up beautifully. I know my husband would have been proud of what the team has done. It felt like he was already in paradise. Flowers filled our house until the garage. We truly appreciate the support and service Ms Ellaine, Anthony and her team have provided.
We are truly grateful for the support and professionalism shown by our funeral advisor - Ms Elaine Chai during my dad’s final journey. From the very beginning, she was respectful, patient, and incredibly well-organized. She guided us through every step and took care of all the arrangements seamlessly, allowing our family to focus on remembering and honoring my dad without having to worry about the administrative details. During such a difficult time, her calm presence and attention to detail meant a lot to us. Thank you for helping us give my dad a dignified and meaningful farewell. Also special mention to the support team helmed by Ms Lina who ensured that the final day to Mandai crematorium, as well as the ash scattering at Choa Chu Kang was seamless.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent service and care provided by Singapore Casket. We wish to especially commend CYRUS KOH for his professionalism and support. He was highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us clearly and patiently. When we were uncertain about some decisions, he provided thoughtful recommendations that ultimately worked out very well for us. Throughout the three days, he regularly checked on us, making sure everything was alright and that we were coping. My family and I are deeply grateful for the compassion and care shown to us during this difficult time. Here are some additional comments from my family members. The Regency Room exceeded our expectations. Its soothing pastel-coloured interior created a dignified and comforting environment for visitors to pay their respects. Many guests felt at ease and stayed longer to spend time with the family. The complimentary hot drinks machine and box of cakes were thoughtful gestures that were very much appreciated. The provision of a safe for condolence monetary gifts was also practical and reassuring. Additional chairs were promptly arranged upon request for the Memorial Service. The transition to Mandai Crematorium was smooth and well-coordinated. The staff, led by Aru, guided us professionally through every stage — from the photo-taking session before departure to the final service and cremation. The ash scattering session at the Garden of Peace was also conducted seamlessly, with clear guidance from Ben. We are grateful for the professionalism and care shown throughout.

Singapore Funeral Park is priced in the mid-range ($$) bracket, but specific package fees are not publicly listed and will depend on the type of service, religious or cultural tradition, wake duration, casket or urn selection, and whether cremation or burial is chosen. When requesting a quote, ask for a full itemised breakdown covering: body collection and preparation, wake venue or tentage costs, casket or urn, hearse transport, cremation or burial fees (Mandai Crematorium charges separately), and any religious officiant or flower arrangement costs. Death certificate registration and other government disbursements are typically billed at cost. Confirm the quote in writing before any payment, and clarify what is included versus separately charged. See the full eldercare and funeral services cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore Funeral Park is a funeral services provider rather than an ongoing care service, so the live-in versus visit-based distinction does not apply in the conventional eldercare sense. The service is event-based, covering the period from passing through to the final rites and post-service administration. Families should clarify the scope of support offered: whether the provider manages the full end-to-end process (body collection, wake management, cremation or burial coordination, and paperwork) or handles specific components only. Some providers also offer pre-planning consultations for families who wish to arrange matters in advance. For ongoing eldercare needs prior to or alongside end-of-life planning, a separate AIC-registered home care or day care provider would be appropriate.
No regulatory licences are listed on this profile. In Singapore, funeral directors are not currently subject to a mandatory government licensing regime in the same way as, for example, healthcare professionals or employment agencies. However, reputable providers are ACRA-registered businesses — Singapore Funeral Park is — and some are members of the Funeral Directors Association of Singapore (FDAS), which promotes industry standards. For families with specific religious or cultural requirements (Buddhist, Taoist, Christian, Muslim, Hindu), confirm that the provider has direct experience with the relevant rites and can supply or coordinate the appropriate officiant. Ask about professional indemnity or public liability insurance coverage, and confirm in writing the scope of services, timelines, and payment terms before engaging.
If Singapore Funeral Park isn't the right fit, these are other funeral services providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
