If not for the limitation of Google review, I will have given 0 star!!!! The first time I visit, I need to get a referral so that I can be referred to CGH for specialist assessment. After registration, I was advised that I need to take BP measurement, waited for more than 1hr for that, asked the staff at the station couple of times but was told to wait. Eventually after more than an hour, BP was taken, I was told to go wait outside consultation room waiting area. Made couple of enquiries, but was only told to wait again and again over a period of nearly 3hrs of wait. Finally, I probably looked upset and this Dr has seen me multiple instances when he walked passed, he asked me what was I waiting for, and eventually brought me into a consultation room and I got my referral letter in 10min!!! It took me more than 4hrs to get my referral letter in 10min!!! How inefficient is this polyclinic!!! The crowd is no where near Bedok polyclinics!!! Similar incident happened 2 weeks ago when I brought my mother for her 6 monthly injection, we waiting for more than 3.5hrs just for her to get a jab!!! This time round, we were told system was down, and the staff were nowhere near helpful!!! How can our government pride ourselves so highly globally about our healthcare system for our citizens where it’s a total BS on the ground!!!! Look at all the reviews of the polyclinics across the country, Is anyone from MOH looking at these reviews at all ?!?!?!?

I did my mammogram at the polyclinic and despite being early for my appointment, I had to wait for an hour. I waited for over an hour again two weeks later to collect and pay for my mammogram film. The counter staff and mammographer were all friendly and polite but time and process management is clearly an issue. There needs to be a more efficient way to manage process flow. I would recommend spend a little more and go to a private provider if you have little tolerance for time wastage.

This is my 5th different time coming to this clinic and system is always down. Therefore if you want to walk in to this clinic, they will ask you to go private clinic instead. The whole point of going here is to also have access to affordable healthcare. What is the point of having a big public polyclinic if you can’t even see the doctor if it’s an emergency. There is not even another alternative to register a patient manually? If system is down means no patients?? What kind of efficiency is this. My son was so sick, I had to take public transport to this clinic multiple times and get rejected. And how can this happen so often??

My medicine finish. I go to the clinic n was told.by staff sys glitch n dr unable to access medical data or issue medicine.So do you want me die without medicine? This is Super Pooooooor service.. MOH is suck! You dont even worth one star from me

I made an appointment in advance through Health Buddy and arrived at the polyclinic 15 minutes early. Yet every time, I still end up waiting for over an hour! What’s the point of having an appointment then? I’ve never encountered this problem at other SingHealth polyclinics! Do other polyclinics have fewer patients? Not at all! They’re also very crowded. I really don’t understand why this particular one is so unreasonable! Every visit means a long wait of 1–2 hours! I only go here because it’s close to my home, but the experience has been terrible. From now on, I’d rather travel farther and go to a different polyclinic!!!
