Been here couples of years after separation , origin from Geylang poly , I have observed the nurse need to step up in their processes as the admin staffs really take sweet times every there no patient, these were not once it happened, the management to review and check on this matter I believe more peoples have the same encounter as me . My personal proposal to monitor thru system , each patient duration and next patient being called timing to see if there any lapse .
