For families considering Sino Wushu Academy, the usual first step is to enquire about level suitability and class availability — whether the programme fits your child's age, experience, and physical readiness. It is worth asking whether a trial class is available before committing to a term, and whether classes are conducted in groups or offer any individual coaching. Clarify the term structure, any required uniform or equipment, and whether sessions are held at the Jalan Pemimpin centre or at other islandwide locations. Parents of younger children may also wish to confirm the student-to-instructor ratio and the coaching style used.
To take the next step, reach out to Sino Wushu Academy via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to ask about current class schedules, available levels, and whether a trial session can be arranged before you commit to a term.
Take the trial class and confirm the tutor's actual credentials before committing to a term.
Sent my child for training but encountered a rather fierce and unempathetic teacher who doesn’t care bout the students so it’s really luck of the draw when it comes to instructors. There’s no systematized way for the different instructors to tell where your child has trained to and but instead of realizing they don’t know they insist they’re right. On the other hand there are instructors who are great and very discerning who really help my son.
Skilful, professional and caring coaches. Family-like environment where kids of all ages are closely bonded. Huge space with high ceiling for training and a mezzanine level where family members can sit comfortably to watch the lessons.
Florence the owner is very helpful in answering any questions i had. Enrolled my son and the staff explained to me how to use the app to book for lessons.
Very huge and conducive place for learning martial arts of all sorts.
My kid train here.

Sino Wushu Academy has not published specific session or monthly fees publicly, so the exact cost is not available here. As a general guide, sports and enrichment classes in Singapore typically run on a per-session, monthly, or per-term basis. Group sessions commonly range from S$25–60 per session, while structured term programmes may be packaged at a fixed term fee. A trial class, where offered, is sometimes charged at a reduced rate or included as part of enrolment. It is worth asking about materials or equipment fees, sibling discounts, and whether a package or term commitment is required. See the full Sport & Swimming Schools cost guide for Singapore →
Many enrichment and sports academies in Singapore offer a trial class before you sign up for a full term. A trial gives you and your child the chance to assess whether the teaching style, class pace, and group dynamic are a good fit. It is worth observing how the instructor engages with students of different ability levels, and whether the content matches your child's current stage. Contact Sino Wushu Academy directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to confirm whether a trial session is available, what it costs, and what to bring along. Arrive a few minutes early so your child can settle before the class begins.
Specific instructor credentials for Sino Wushu Academy are not listed in the publicly available information. For a wushu-focused academy, relevant credentials typically include competitive experience at national or regional level, formal coaching certification (such as those issued by the Singapore Wushu Dragon & Lion Dance Federation or equivalent bodies), and a track record of teaching students across different age groups and skill levels. It is advisable to ask directly about the lead instructor's background, coaching qualifications, and experience with the age group your child would be joining. Confirming syllabus alignment — for example, whether classes follow grading structures recognised by local or international wushu associations — is also worth raising before committing to a term.
