I have been struggling with sinus issues since Dec24 and had consulted two doctors before, but unfortunately, I could not recover. In May 25, I had my first consultation with Dr Gan, and I am truly grateful that I did. Dr Gan first prescribed medication for 10 days, but when there was no significant improvement, he advised me to proceed with the FESS operation. Although my recovery period took a little longer—mainly because my voice still had a “running sound”—with his continuous follow-up and the prescribed nasal spray, I finally made a full recovery after about three months. I am deeply thankful to Dr Gan for his experience, patience, and professionalism. He took time to review my case carefully, provided clear medical advice, and guided me through the whole journey until I was free from sinus symptoms like blocked nose and severe headaches, which had greatly affected my daily life. I also want to sincerely thank his wonderful team of nurses. They are truly like angels. I especially remember one week after my operation, during the cleaning process, I experienced a lot of pain and broke down in tears. The nurse comforted me with a hug and explained to my family and Dr Gan that I was simply emotional. That moment touched me deeply, it showed how well-trained, compassionate, and understanding they are of a patient’s needs. Thanks to Dr Gan and his team, I have regained my health and normal routine. Dr Gan advised and perform my turbinoplasty and septoplasty.
