Overall, doctor was good in his knowledge and able to check what’s wrong with my nasal that is causing me blocked nose and snoring. The nose spray medicine that he prescribed was very effective too. However, I personally did not like the vibe that the doctor & receptionists (assume one of them is his wife) gave off which is money-minded and passive aggressive. Without asking me, the doctor straight away assumed I was okay with going for surgery and went on to explain everything. This made me feel that he just wanted to push for surgery without considering the patient’s thoughts. Next, the receptionist outside (assuming is wife), is even more passive aggressive when I discussed with her about how much additional nose spray I should get from them. As I suspected, she just wanted to sell more medication. She went on to comment about insurers which I believe is out of her scope too. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this clinic unless you are okay with dealing with all these.

Was refer to this ENT doctor by my company doctor. Had a pre auricular ear infection and was attended to very quickly. The clinic arranged my operation and worked with my insurer and the surgery was successfully managed. No more fluid from my infection for the past 6 months. Very glad that this problem is resolved. The doctor was skilled and confident, easing the stress I had carried for months.

Got misdiagnosed and prescribed ear drops that worsened my condition, and this even after a very expensive endoscopy was done (without telling me the price beforehand of course). Not sure how one can miss that the infection was outside instead of inside and then upcharge nearly 200% on the medication. Will not be using this clinic again.

Had hoarse voice for a few weeks. Initially I thought it was due to excessive engagements with clients at work. Went to see my family doctor who recommended me to get a scope done. Dr Soh speedily did a scope and he found a tumour on my vocal cord. Thankful to the swift action of the clinic, a biopsy was conducted the next day. Fortunately it was early stage squamous cells of the vocal cord. I have completed my treatment and very thankful to Dr Kevin and his team for the support during this period.
