Families considering Skateline typically start by reaching out via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to check availability for the relevant holiday period. Key questions to raise include the age and skill level appropriate for each programme, whether sessions are grouped by ability, the ratio of instructors to participants, what safety equipment is provided or required, and whether the camp runs at a fixed venue or across multiple locations islandwide. Confirming the full term or camp commitment, cancellation terms, and whether a trial session is available before a full camp booking will help ensure the programme is a good fit.
To take the next step, contact Skateline directly via WhatsApp to enquire about upcoming holiday camp dates, confirm availability for your child's age group and skill level, and ask about any trial session options before committing to a full camp package.
Take the trial class and confirm the tutor's actual credentials before committing to a term.
Best experience ever! My wife and I was blown away by the price (worthy) and the level of service we received from InlineX! We were taught useful tips on how to wear, tighten, remove and the features of the skates which even the skating instructor has no time to teach the students. We spent an hour figuring out because we are newbies and inlineX is extremely patient and guided us throughout. No hard sales for expensive shoes but what fits us.
Awesome experience today at the store. Wanted to come by to buy a pair to start skating again after stoping since pre-Covid. Unfortunately there was no slots for appointments left today. But I got lucky as a customer cancelled a slot and they Whatsapp me to ask if I would like to come down. Upon arrival, I informed the staff manning the store, Mr Guan, that I used to skate and am looking to buy a pair to start again. He was really nice to help me with the measurements of my skate sizing and also he could make recommendations tailored to me and more importantly my feet shape (which I informed him that is wider than average, so I do experience some discomfort with certain brands/styles of skates). After trying a few diff sizings and brands of test boots, there was one obvious winner. It not only fit my feet shape well, but also fit some of my requirements. I wanted to try a 3 wheel skate, and also it happened to be on sale! I understand why they were strict in ensuring you can only go down with an appointment and no walk-ins. This really ensures a good service experience for each customer. Thank you Mr Guan and also INLINEX for stocking a wide variety of skates in Singapore. I also managed to get a pair of colored laces to jazz up my new pair of skates! Another great recommendation by Mr Guan as well! 👍👍🙏🙏
I would like to recommend INLINEX Pro Skate Store (in Singapore), after ordering a pair of Flying Eagle Drift 2.0 Carbon Inline Skates, as well as some accessories, online, and being thoroughly impressed by the excellent service I received.. I live in Thailand, so the order had to be shipped internationally from Singapore. However the process was seemless and easy, and the price I received was competitive. They gave me excellent advice on sizing, and my skates fit perfectly. They quickly responded to my communication, and answered all my many questions helpfully. Packaging and delivery was very efficient. I will definitely shop from this company again in the future.
Visited InlineX with my friend this evening and had an amazing experience there from the start to the end. The staff that served us, Guan was super helpful and genuinely passionate about skates. He shared his story and gave his opinion on how to properly choose a skate, according to our budget by introducing different models at different price points. Even though he knew that i have an existing skate and didn’t plan on getting a new one, he was patient in answering all my questions about different types of wheels and also different sizes of the boots. Truly great service! 😃 Thank you guan!
Splendid customer service. Was recommended various inline skates models and found the perfect one. Tried it on and got a size larger, unbeknown that it should be as snug as possible. The staffs attended to my exchange request via WhatsApp responsively, with the order coming shortly after. A pleasant experience that’s worth recommending. Cheers!

Skateline's pricing is indicated at the mid-range tier, though specific per-session and package fees were not published at the time of listing. Holiday camp programmes in Singapore typically involve a package fee covering multiple sessions across the camp period rather than a simple per-session rate. It is worth confirming the full cost structure — including any equipment hire, safety gear, or materials fees — before enrolling. Sibling discounts or early-bird rates may be available for holiday camp bookings; ask directly when enquiring. See the full holiday camps cost guide for Singapore →
Whether a trial session is available before committing to a full holiday camp package is worth confirming directly with Skateline via WhatsApp or phone. A trial or introductory session allows you to assess whether the pace, teaching style, and group dynamic suit your child before paying for a full camp. When attending, look for whether the instructor adjusts guidance to different skill levels, how safety is managed on the rink or skating surface, and whether your child is engaged and comfortable. Confirming the refund or transfer policy upfront is also advisable if plans change during the school holidays.
Specific instructor qualifications were not listed in the provider data. For skating and holiday camp programmes, relevant credentials to enquire about include formal skating coaching certifications (such as those from national or international skating federations), first-aid training, and the number of years each instructor has been teaching at the relevant age group. With 1,079 Google reviews and a 4.9-star rating, Skateline has a substantial public feedback record that reflects sustained participant experience over time. It is still advisable to ask directly about instructor backgrounds, the instructor-to-participant ratio, and how beginner and more advanced skaters are grouped within the same camp.
If Skateline isn't the right fit, these are other holiday camps providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
