The bulk of SNEC Eye Clinic Bedok's bookings cover Eye Care. Because this is a focused healthcare operation, most jobs are scoped over WhatsApp first — photos of the issue, property type, and preferred slot — before a price is quoted.
SNEC Eye Clinic Bedok covers all of Singapore, which is useful if you live in a less-central estate or need a provider that can follow a recurring job to different addresses. The business is KakiList-verified, meaning a real person has confirmed the operating details and contact channel. Google reviewers currently give SNEC Eye Clinic Bedok an average of 2.8/5 across 57 reviews, which is a reasonable signal of consistency for a healthcare provider.
For a realistic quote from SNEC Eye Clinic Bedok, send a brief description of the work on WhatsApp — include your area, property type, and when you'd like the job done. Because KakiList doesn't sit between you and the provider, quotes tend to come back quickly and without boilerplate upselling.
One star because it’s a great location and the clinic is clean and all. However, there’s no efficiency in the team. Why do you need 4-5 rooms to do a simple eye checkup? There’s two jobs which you can combine into one. The explanation of the eye surgery process and the measurement of the height/weight/blood pressure etc because both staff asked the similar questions. The clinic is not crowded but the staff took sometime to call for the next patient. Management should look into the effectiveness of the team.
Very stupid clinic protocol. ALL patients (regardless of your condition) are forced to take vision test, eye pressure test, scan eyes and dilate your eyes against your will. Doctor seems very inexperienced too. Avoid at all cost, don’t bother coming. In the end we got referred to ANOTHER eye clinic because they are not skilled in eye cyst. Complete waste of time. They didn’t even bother to mention the result of the eye test during consultation.
It’s our first time here with my child for eye checkup. I was surprised that they do not encourage parent to enter with child in the room during the eye assessment. I feel that having a parent present can help the child feel more comfortable especially so that is the first appointment. Still not familiar with the environment etc and it may also encourage the optometrist to be more gentle and patient. This would make the experience less stressful and help the child build a positive impression, which is important for follow up visits in future.
I was there today for post-surgery optometry and doctor consultation. My appointment was at 9:10am and I arrived at 9:00am. The nurses and the doctor were very efficient, polite and helpful, for which I am very thankful. Everything was completed by 10:00 am and I left the clinic shortly thereafter. Excellent experience.
I could have given 1 star but instead be nice and gave 2 stars because I recognise that maybe some of them really don't know what's happening. My FIL went for cataract removal the day before and had to go SNEC Bedok for review at 8am. We were there at 7.55am but left only close to 12pm a total of almost 4 hours, mostly waiting because one nurse will direct you from one room to another without tell you what it was for. Mind you, the review by the doctor was at 8.40am and over by 8.45am (that was efficiency). After that it spiralled out of control. Each room, and we went to a total of 5 rooms, each staff tells you different things in response to the same simple question. Then we get asked to go to another room, then another room until we got fed up and asked the registration counter what exactly is going on but they said, [no surprises]... "go to Room XX and wait". Very disorganized place with no alignment on what the protocol is, everyone is just ticking the boxes mechanically without informing the patient what it was for, resulting in a waste of time. We were amongst the first to arrive but by the time we left, the place was near deserted. Utterly waste of time
