Had a great experience with Snore Solution! Shankar was super helpful from start to finish. He guided me through the home sleep study, explained the results clearly, and made the CPAP trial easy to understand. The whole process was smooth, and Shankar was always there to answer my questions. I’ve now bought my own CPAP machine, and it's already making a big difference in my sleep. EDIT: Since writing my initial review, have violently revised my opinion of the company. Was told my order for CPAP masks would take two weeks to arrive. It ended up taking three whole MONTHS. During that time, they did not reach out to me - I kept chasing them for updates, only to be told again and again it would be “next week”. Lies. My request for a refund (so I could buy the mask elsewhere and finally start sleeping properly again) was rejected then ignored. When the masks finally arrived and I went to collect them, the staff was curt and aloof - not one word of acknowledgment or apology for the wait and lack of comms. Will be taking my business elsewhere for sure. —————————————— Awesome staffs helped me with all my enquiries on the mask that I was getting. Very helpful and also accommodating as I went in without an appointment. Thank you snore solutions! Will definitely purchase my CPAP needs from you guys in the future!

Going to Snore Solutions is the best thing you can do if you have sleep apnea in Singapore. Recently bought a Philips Dreamwear Full Face Mask from them. Their product range is great with masks from both Res-med and Philips. They are not pushy like other supply stores and the prices they sell the products are very reasonable The service was great, Gloria and Hencel really took their time to explain every detail of the mask and their functions and even taught me how to maintain them. They let you try on the mask and off the lights when you lay down, very detailed. You can also tell that the mask was sterilized using ozone in on the bed that was covered with a disposable sheet and their sleep technicians also wear gloves whilst assisting you. Payment options are also very wide with cash, credit card, pay now and even grab pay. I just hope that our local hospitals would suggest this place first so future patients wont get scammed by the other companies listed in their database. Philips if you are reading this please make them an authorised dealer.
